Or, what I imagined a quintessential Parisian hotel to be, as this was my first visit to Paris! A small, 8 room hotel, run by a lovely family, very hands on in the day to day operations of the hotel. No task was too great, Alecia, the wonderful daughter of this family, is there daily, always wanting to help, anticipating... More

My husband and I went to Le Singulier for our trip to Paris in November. Our son chose this hotel and he indeed chose very well! It is conveniently located, minutes’ walk from Trocadero The hotel is on a side street very quiet at night, and yet with many nice restaurants close by -. We were welcomed very warmly. The... More

My wife and I were celebrating our honeymoon in Paris and chose Le Singulier to be our hotel and we could not be happier. From the first greeting by the owner Alecia to our last day, we felt at home. This hotel is family owned and that's what makes it charming. Our room was the Amorena (can't remember name) but... More

We stayed at Le Singulier for six nights and had a fabulous experience. This was a fantastic place to stay for our first visit to Paris. Our beautiful room which was immaculately kept and the hotel offers a really nice breakfast starting at 7:00 AM, which we really appreciated, as we are early birds. The decor is fascinating and we... Each person who worked the reception was very friendly, incredibly helpful and just genuinely nice. I had the indigo room which was quite small but it is exactly as it appears in their website photos so I knew what to expect. I slept quite well as the bed was very comfortable, and I didn't hear street noise or noise from... More

A a business traveler I wanted to spend 6 weeks in Le Singulier, but they won't let me. They cancelled both of my credit cards three times and now I'm fed up with this arrogant & unprofessional behaviour. I've never experienced this throughout my travels(>100 hotel nights in Paris) and they refuse to respond to my emails. Goodbye Singulier I... More

Veeery nice place. Very kind staff. Nice style. Great breakfast in bed! Quiet neghborhood with many nice restaurants close by. I recommend the room with the bathtub. We went for a romantic weekend and had a beautfiful stay. Can highly recommend it if you need a quiet place without too many tourists and with lots of typical french reataurants. Not... More

A small and cozy hotel with an excellent garden right in the heart of Paris. Family managed, the staff makes you feel very comfortable. This little place is a gem for all who visit. The location, near Trocadero and an easy walk to Champs Elysee, is ideal. The only thing they can improve is the breakfast - we didnt eat... More

A very small and cozy hotel with only 8 rooms I believe, owned and managed by a Parisian family. We spent a few days there and were treated like friends! The entire hotel has been renovated recently and all the rooms are very nicely decorated with up to date modern furniture. Each room has its specific style, which make them... More

Le Singulier is a small, apparently family-run boutique hotel. The reception area, the dark stairwell and the many stairs didn’t bode well for the room. However, I’d seen photos of the suite online, and they matched the unit we had. The suite was spacious with a surprisingly beautiful bathroom – I should have photographed the bathroom as I did not... Staying in Trocadero

Neighborhood Profile
This is the neighborhood of grand and impressive Haussmann-designed apartments and buildings. National museums overlook the Eiffel Tower and embassies fill the avenues and streets. Locals head to the butcher, florist, or bakery on their daily rounds amidst luxury and splendor, all with a view over Paris and its most famous tower. Snuggled in between the grand buildings are small art galleries and homes of historical significance. With a rich legacy from 19th century politics, art, and architecture, you can’t help but be reminded of the belle époque, the Universal Exhibitions and the nobility that have frequented and shaped these streets.
