Very poor hotel, small, old and dirty rooms. Terrible staff. No flexibility regarding the cancellation. I asked for a booking cancelation 2 days before, and the hotels of Paris use to have a flexible policy... however, they charged the full amount of the reservation two days before my arrival and didn't accepted the cancellation.

First trip to Paris. Travelled with friends and thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at this hidden gem in the heart of Paris. Hotel was recommended by Rick Steeves travel book. Exceeded expectations. Quaint, charming hotel in the. 7th arr of Paris. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, shopping, cafes, etc. Hotel staff very pleasant..

The hotel is in a very nice location, near Rue Cler (a nice restaurant / shopping street), less than a block from a subway station, and about 15 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower. There are lots of restaurants close by, and the area feels safe, although not overly busy in late March. The staff are very helpful, and take... More

My daughter and I had a lovely 2 night stay at this charming hotel. It's in a perfect location-we were able to walk everywhere and really enjoyed eating at the local cafes. Our room was clean, quiet, and really pretty, complete with a french balcony! The staff was very friendly, and helpful. I would absolutely stay there again.

Having read some earlier negative reviews from previous guests from a few years ago, this hotel has obviously listened and improved their standards. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, the duplex suite on 3rd floor was perfect for my wife and i,with our 18year old daughter having her own space in a large two storey room (303).The eiffel tower is a... This hotel is a great stop for first time visitors to France. The staff are very welcoming and happy to help in any way they can. The location is perfect. Close to metro stop, restaurants, bars, etc. Also, 5 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower.

Really nice staff. Spoke perfect English and were very helpful with every question. We stayed in the "family" room, which was not very big but was clean and well kept. Location is really good with many nice cafes and shops near. Just a 5 minute walk to Eiffel Tower views...maybe 10-12 minute walk to the base of the tower. Book... More

We stayed in this hotel during our trip to Paris where we recently became engaged!! The hotel made the stay so special. Yes the rooms are smaller than American rooms, but this is Paris - it's a very expensive city!! The location is amazing, tons of cafés and gorgeous apartments and the Tour Eiffel was a walk round the corner.
