We had a 4 night stay during a glorious weather weekend. The hotel was in a quiet location with a lively restaurant just around the corner which was ideal considering our late arrival. The time we stayed they were fixing the facade of the building so we couldnt open up the windows. Location is great next to Luxemburg stations and close to main attractions. Small breakfast lounges, I asked in english and the staff replied me in french, even after I said a thousand times I do not understand french. And the rooms are not noise proof at all, I couldn't sleep until late night because of noise in other rooms.

after reading all the bad reviews, I must say, that we had a very pleasant stay in the Hotel. The rooms were bigger than other Paris hotel rooms, the bed was very comfortable and the hotel staff was absolutely lovely.

We stayed for 3 nights in December 2011 and as our first Paris experience, it was great. Positives: Clean room, good size, massive & comfy bed, great bath/shower.
