Great location and acceptable accommodation are totally overlapped with slow, unprofessional and unpleasant personnel. If you need help or info don't expect it from hotel, and show your calm since they need a lot of time to pay attention to you if you are on order desk. They openly show "I don't care about you" behavior. Price is not followed... More

Cancelled our reservation without notice. Left us on the street to fend for a new place. They did not offer to call ahead to a new possible opening. No offer to call cab. Too quick to hustle us out. Only travel fatigue kept down my anger.

This is the hotel that AirFrance send you to if your flight is delayed. A further kick, definitely no means of an apology. It's horrible! We were travelling with a 4month old baby so required a travel cot. This was filthy, the sheets didn't fit the mattress properly which is a suffocation hazard. It's a very very very basic hotel... I stayed here for two nights as part of a tour in January 2015. Rooms were bigger than I was expecting and were spacious enough for two people. The bathroom on the other hand was tiny. My knees hit the wall when I sat on the toilet and I am only average height! the beds were comfy, but the pillows... More

We stayed here for 2 night as part of a tour. Location was great, it was close to a few different underground stations. The rooms are fairly small but very clean and modern. We found the bathrooms to be fairly small and hard to move around with 2 people.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for three days in December. The rooms are quite small, but for a short stay it does not cause an issue. The room was cleaned everyday so the room was very clean as was the bathroom. The reception staff were very helpful and spoke good English which is always a plus when you don't... More

I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Paris, France! I loved it I didn't have a complaint and grant I wasn't really worried about it because it was my first trip out of America so I was to excited! But they cleaned the room in a nice fashion had clean towels, and linens. The lobby was welcoming and... More

Easy transfer from the airport with free shuttle bus, when we arrived it was to early to book in so we left the luggage in store room and went out for a walk. Lively area with lots of other hotels all around with a beautiful park playing a central location in this new village. The local map the hotel provided... More

Not the best start to our stay as they didn’t have a reservation for us, it was only after production of the voucher that the receptionist believed we had indeed got a reservation. The Hotel is currently under redevlopment and therefore everything is covered in dust. were given a room on the second floor over looking the main road. The... More

Overall stay was pleasant with a plus point having hot water flask in the room to make cup noodles and drinks.hotel room is tiny and so is the elevator which gets frustrating with big luggages. Do consider a hotel nearer to station if you have big luggages as it takes 20 mins or so to get there while dragging heavy... More
