This place is awful. i got stuck in the lift for a start. It takes hours to check in. Everything is plastic. The rooms look like they were last done up about 15 years ago. The food is inedible. There is a queue for everything and it all costs an inflated fortune. They have weird rules like not serving food... more

We traveled to Disneyland by eurostar on June 21st for 4 days staying in the newport bay hotel and thought the whole holiday was absolutely brilliant! Hotel was in a lovely location, huge but not a problem at all.Only a 10 minute walk right into the centre of the park but far enough away to get away from the bustle.... more

We stayed at Newport Bay as it was close to the theme parks - it is about a 10 minute stroll along the length of the lake to get to the Disney Village, our party consisted of 3 adults and 2 very young children and it is just 5 mins further on to each park. We booked 2 rooms -... more

This was our 3rd visit to disney but the first staying at the Newport Bay. On arrival the check in queue wasn't too long but it seemed to take a long time to get checked in, only two receptionists! The room we were allocated was a standard room on the 2nd floor but was fine, quite large, clean (although we... more

travelled to Disney with wife and young family (3 and 6) for three nights in June. Must admit at first glance the hotel is quite impresive - Lobby is huge and service at reception was good. However staff seemed to be going through the motions slightly when handing out the info - lucky we'd been to the park before, so... more

Stayed with wife and child (3 years old). Nothing to complaint about - Check-in works perfectly - Luggagestoring works when arriving early - Rooms are great - Breakfast is good - The buffet at Cape Cod is great with kids (and I'm usually not a fan of buffets) - Choose between walking (10 minutes trough the Disney Village or shuttle-bus... more

From arrival this hotel didnt disappoint. The hotel looks great and the Lobby is lovely. Checkin took only a few minutes with no queue (and I never saw a queue for the 4 nights we were there). We had booked a standard room but I asked for a free upgrade and we were given the admiral floor lake view. Access... more

Stayed in the hotel for 2 nights while on a family trip to disneyland. On arrival to the disney land station there is a yellow bus outside that takes you direct to the hotel. Check in can take upto 15mins but the staff are friendly. all the details, leaflets and passes were provided to us upon check in. The reception... more

Stayed at Newport Bay for 3 nights in May (should have been 4, but flight was cancelled.... Another story!!!!!!!!) 2 adults,a 10 year old and a 7 year old. Arrived at an unearthly hour, but reception were lovely. We had paid for an Admirals floor "standard" room, but got upgraded to lakeside, right at the top with a balcony... The... more

We chose the Newport Bay Club as it was recommended by friends. Our first impressions on arriving were "fantastic". The reception and lobby looked lovely, the staff were brilliant, friendly and helpful. Our room was on the first floor, the same level as the pool. This was a bit of a challenge as some days the ques to the pool... more
