Can a hotel leave you feeling indifferent? That's the sensation I have after my recent two-night stay at the San Regis. The hotel is ideally located in a quiet residential street near the Petit Palais, in the city's 16th Arrondissement. It's a short stroll to some of the city's main sights and shopping streets. My room on the fourth floor... More

Loved everything about this Hotel. We chose to stay at this hotel to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary and it was the icing on the cake. Our room was gorgoeus and very spacious. Welcoming fruit basket and Champagne to celebrate was delightful. All of the staff at the front desk, restaurant and the doorman, were there to please. Jerome, you... More

I really enjoyed my stay at the San Regis. It is located close to the Champs Elysees and has a great selection of shops and restaurants close by. There are 2 Paris Metro stations within a few minutes walk which makes getting around really easy. The room was nicely decorated and very quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful -... More

This gorgeous hotel feels so French and so welcoming. Enjoyed a short break in Paris and San Regis does not disappoint. Fabulous breakfast with delicious offerings superbly presented. Wonderful location. Elegant decor. Comfortable beds. Great service. Hard to fault.

Oh this is the best hotel I have stayed at in Paris. There is a cozy luxury feel the moment you enter the hotel, more so when you get to your room. They have the most comfortable bed, pillows, duvet. When I lie down and rest, I do not want to leave the room. The rooms are spacious. You feel... More

It was so good last time that we booked this hotel a second time. It has everything to offer: great location close to many attractions, lots of restaurants around and the hotel has a good restaurant itself. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Our room (34) was very quiet, we had restful nights. If we are ever in Paris again,... More

We recently stayed in this charming hotel for four nights as part of our honeymoon, and were extremely happy with our choice. The hotel is located just off the Champs Elysees and near to the Grand Palais, so is perfectly located to explore the center of Paris from. We had the suite on the 7th floor, which was very nicely... Very expensive, OK service, disappointing lobby, only one receptionist on duty at a time who never smile, welcome guests or offer any assistance. Beds are super comfortable and although small, rooms very well presented. Views are limited, barely above neighbouring rooftops to the next buildings. Our friends stayed in other Opera district hotels where the reception, bar and restaurant facilities... More

My husband and I visited Paris for the first time and booked the Hotel San Regis based on the reviews here, and the location near the Champs-Elysees. We adored the hotel. It is not too small and not large and impersonal. The decor was charming in the hotel and in the room, down to the old-style key. The room was... More

This hotel is nicely located in a side street close to the Grand Palais and the Champs Elysees. The street has very little traffic despite its central location. Our room, a junior suite, was spacious and comfortable but had no view. Service was pleasant and the concierge made a good local restaurant reservation for us.The low point was breakfast, which... Neighborhood Profile
Champs-Elysees
This area is characterized by its namesake avenue which extends northwest from the Louvre to the modern business district, punctuated by the iconic Arc de Triomphe. Grand embassies stand among impressive offices and presidential palaces; architecture from 19th century Universal Exhibitions, homes, art galleries, and 19th century streets designed by Baron Haussmann flank haute-couture boutiques. This neighborhood never rests, buzzing with visitors from around the world at all times of day and night, all within a stone's throw of the Seine.
