We arrived and were told our room would be ready by 1 PM. We came back on time and everything was ok, as settled. Staff at the reception is most helpful and polite, especially the lady with short hair. Everybody speaks English so everything becomes easy. The suite at the top of the building was very romantic, and roomy. Lots... More

I had a lovely stay during Fashion Week a few years back. It is a very quint Parisian establishment. Charming interior. Rooms are of decent size, especially for Paris. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. I loved everything here and looking forward to returning this very weekend!

I have stayed at the Franklin Roosevelt many times, and have always had an excellent stay. The welcome at this small hotel, located just off the Champs Elysees, near Avenue Montaigne, is always warm and friendly. The staff are so lovely and try their best to help and accommodate your wishes. This last time Gaelle was especially helpful and went... More

This is my second night in the hotel and so far everything is as expected. Other than the fact that the room and beds are a bit small, everything else is very nice. The staff is great, very friendly in fact. The housekeeping is great, they change the washroom supplies and refill the mini bar right away. The wifi is... More
