Comfort and great location. Favorite everytime we visit Paris. Several bistros in the neighbourhood and a short walk to Champs Elysées and other famous locations. Value for money if you are on a holiday not looking for the larger 5 star hotels for work.

I stayed at this hotel many times over the years. It's always reliably clean and efficient. I don't need lots of amenities, just friendly sevice, rooms that work, reasonably priced, and quiet. The rooms are not huge but two of us always find a way to deal with 2 suitcases. I prefer the rooms without a view since they are... More

I stayed at the Franklin Roosevelt Hotel for a few nights to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. The hotel is gorgeous and is in a great location. There are wonderful cafes on the same street of the hotel and the Eiffel Tower is a short walk away. However, we did not receive the service we are accustomed to while staying in... More

While the hotel is old and the rooms are small, it was compensated by its cleanliness and service. Location is great within walking distance of key landmarks as well as shopping. Breakfast was good and hotel amenities standard of a four star - but adequate for a tourist who wants to spend most of the time visiting the city. Big... More

We stayed one night here as part of a VBT cycling tour; couldn't have been more pleased. The staff were very efficient, friendly and English speaking going out of their way to meet our needs. The room was immaculate upon our arrival, the bathroom well stocked with wonderful products…shampoo, soaps, etc. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is on... More

This hotel had it all - superb location just off the Champs Élysées - room was large elegantly decorated, comfortable beds and very quiet (believe the rooms are soundproofed). Breakfast was of good quality and many options offered. Beverages could be improved with decent English tea and perhaps the option of Latte's and Cappachino's rather than just basic coffee. The... This hotel is great. The front desk is so helpful and everyone speaks English. The rooms are nice and the bathroom is big-just bring a hair dryer if you don't like those stupid box dryers with the "vacuum hose" that they attached to the wall in European bathrooms. The location is maybe not the best for lots of site seeing... More

We arrived and were told our room would be ready by 1 PM. We came back on time and everything was ok, as settled. Staff at the reception is most helpful and polite, especially the lady with short hair. Everybody speaks English so everything becomes easy. The suite at the top of the building was very romantic, and roomy. Lots... More

I had a lovely stay during Fashion Week a few years back. It is a very quint Parisian establishment. Charming interior. Rooms are of decent size, especially for Paris. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. I loved everything here and looking forward to returning this very weekend!
