We had two lovely rooms, the staff were very friendly and helpful. They were very sweet to our two shy teenage girls when they were speaking in French. Breakfast was great and my husband was mesmerised by the apparently space age toaster!! Paris was a joy.

Excellent hotel in an excellent area in paris; good value for money; staff friendly and helpful; rooms nice and clean; good restaurants nearby; designer shops nearby; Eiffel tower in walking distance.

The hotel was just few steps from the most famous street in the heart of paris the champs Elyse. The staff were lovely. Rooms were warm and cosy. They were also spacious and clean. I would go there again without regret. The hall was amazing with its fine painting and furniture.

A stone's throw away from Champs Elysees and a few steps away from small cafes, this hotel was indeed a pleasant surprise with its friendly service and decently sized rooms. Most importantly, it was clean and tucked away in the quieter area. With breakfast included, it was quite a treat to indulge in croissants every day - I mean, you... More

This hotel is comfortable enough with a very good location at a 10 mns walk from the Champs-Elysees and surrounded by good restaurants. I cannot complain about our stay there in terms of comfort, except for the fact that, in spite of 4 confirmations with the hotel for an extra bed for our 7-year old child, they said that none... Dear Guest, First of all, please let me thank you for taking the time to share your comments on TripAdvisor further to your stay with the family in July. It is a pity that on escort we did not register that the extra bed was missing in your room and we deeply apologize for this terrible oversight. Please do not... More

Hotel was quite wonderful - did have a bit of a British feel so don't be surprised by that. The room was more than expected and lovely. I had a view of the Eiffel Tower which was quite a treat! Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Some members of the staff were a bit brisk -but put it down to the culture... More

A friend recommended Hotel Franklin D. Roosevelt and I agree--it's a charming small hotel in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the Metro. Beautiful, very French decor (seemed to be recently updated). Nice bedding/linens in our room, and a comfortable sitting area/lounge just off the lobby. Small, charming bar. Friendly staff who speaks English and appreciated my broken French!... More

We stayed here in July 2015. This is a relatively small, but very cozy and well-maintained hotel close to Champs Elysees (5-7 minutes walk). The room was not big, but clean and well kept. The reception staff were super helpful - they quickly addressed all our needed, booked taxis and restaurants, explained how to get around, etc. The breakfast does... More

Wonderful small hotel, located close to all attractions in the most elite area. Friendly staff. Not the most upmarket hotel like George V, but location better. Has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. The earlier you book the better the price. No gym but if you want exercise can jog to,the Eiffel Tower, or up and down the Champs... More

Staying in Champs-Elysees

Neighborhood Profile
Champs-Elysees
This area is characterized by its namesake avenue which extends northwest from the Louvre to the modern business district, punctuated by the iconic Arc de Triomphe. Grand embassies stand among impressive offices and presidential palaces; architecture from 19th century Universal Exhibitions, homes, art galleries, and 19th century streets designed by Baron Haussmann flank haute-couture boutiques. This neighborhood never rests, buzzing with visitors from around the world at all times of day and night, all within a stone's throw of the Seine.
