We had a lovely time in Paris (first visit) and this was greatly helped by our choice of hotel. Very good location, a nice welcome - pleasant and helpful staff and very efficient. We would certainly stay there again. Dare I say a relief that English so well spoken unlike my French!

Sometimes one can get a special deal/rate for this hotel, and this becomes the best value for money hotel in Paris. First class hotel with all of the amenities that would be expected for either a business trip or a family weekend in this beautiful city.

This is an excellent hotel, next to Champs Elysees. Staff is superb. English very well spoken. Emails are answered instantly. There is very good management behind it all. Pricing is most convenient and housekeeping personell does its best. Congrats! This is the fourth time we stay there.

We will come back for the great service. We both got sick during our staying, and the staffs are very helpfull. What can one ask for more in another country ! It has much more value than the opposite hotel west-end. The service could not be compaired by these two four star hotel.

The location at the heart of the Golden Triangle, the high service level of the courteous staff, the large and impeccably clean rooms make the Franklin Roosevelt my preferred hotel in Paris. For a standard room at a five star hotel, you get a suite here and save the money to enjoy the city!

Lovely hotel, well located with very friendly and helpful staff. Have stayed here before and would be happy to recommend it to any of my friends and acquaintances. Great area to stay in just off Champs Elisee with plenty of restaurants and metro close by.

Staff unkind and absent, they never open the door and help you even if you arrive with a lot of luggages. The service is very poor and the rooms are not clean. Bad experience I will not come back for sure even if it is located very well.

Staying in Champs-Elysees

Neighborhood Profile
Champs-Elysees
This area is characterized by its namesake avenue which extends northwest from the Louvre to the modern business district, punctuated by the iconic Arc de Triomphe. Grand embassies stand among impressive offices and presidential palaces; architecture from 19th century Universal Exhibitions, homes, art galleries, and 19th-century streets designed by Baron Haussmann flank haute-couture boutiques. This neighborhood never rests, buzzing with visitors from around the world at all times of day and night, all within a stone's throw of the Seine.
