Very nice hotel. Clean and spacious room and bathroom. Front office staff are very cooperative and cheerful. Housekeeping up to 5* standard. Location is perfect and very close to Champs Elysees and very nice Italian and french restaurants. Definitely will stay in it again in my next visit to Paris.

Nicely decorated and cosy rooms in this small hotel in posh surrounding. Always polite staff, good breakfast selection. Good location close to the Alma Marceau metro station as well as Champs Elysees. Recommended.

I love this hotel. The staff are exceptional, the rooms delightfully cosy and traditional. The location is fantastic. I cannot wait to return. I was made to feel so welcome and safe. Could you please add some more English channels beside the news channel please.

Old fashioned upscale hotel with a great location. This was our first trip to Paris and it made our visit very easy because of the convenient location. Staff were nice and the room was clean. Try to request a room with a view of the street instead of our room which did not have a very good view. Overall a... More

Hotel Franklin Roosevelt is a delight! The attention to detail in the amenities, classic period design and quality of the accommodations, comfort, "bang for the euro" are all hard to find in most other four star hotels. This hotel feels more like a five star than many five star rated hotels. The service is also classic and in the tradition... More

We stayed here for a week in September, a lovely small hotel. Nicley located within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Very friendly staff who all spoke some English. We had a very nice room with two twin beds that were pushed together to form a king. The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood, we never left the neighborhood... More

A really french hotel in the heart of Paris.Location fantastic to all things . Right at the Arc de Triomphe and a romantic walk down the Champs Elysses. Restaurant on every corner. Staff are very polite , what i respect in french hotels is the politeness and how great help they can be . We will stay again for sure.

I wasn't sure how good my experience was going to be after reading some of the negative reviews. However, I was very pleased with my choice. Best features: - The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful - My room was a good size and decorated in beautiful wood panelling and heavy wood doors - The large marble-tiled bathroom... Neighborhood Profile
Champs-Elysees
This area is characterized by its namesake avenue which extends northwest from the Louvre to the modern business district, punctuated by the iconic Arc de Triomphe. Grand embassies stand among impressive offices and presidential palaces; architecture from 19th century Universal Exhibitions, homes, art galleries, and 19th century streets designed by Baron Haussmann flank haute-couture boutiques. This neighborhood never rests, buzzing with visitors from around the world at all times of day and night, all within a stone's throw of the Seine.
