For the price and location this is a great hotel to base yourself in to explore the St Gremain district. I would bother with the breakfast in the dungeon, instead I would go out and enjoy the greta pastry shops or have breakfast at the many cafe options on St Germain - the people watching is fantastic!

This is a classic weeny but friendly hotel right in the centre of Paris in Saint-Germain. The rooms are boring but clean, have pretty balconies and are only 60quid a night. There is a friendly gentleman on the reception telling all the guests how gorgeous they are. The location is ideal for restaurants, cafes, bars and is only 10/15 minutes’... More

room small but I understand most are...had what we needed...although ask for kettle to make tea etc.....Location was perfect.....exactly what we wanted....would definitely stay here again!!! and ask for a high floor so not to hear metro as much...we were 5th floor and could hear a rumble but didn't bother us at all.

This was as we expected. not a 5 star by any stretch, but for Paris pricing, this was reasonably priced for a great location; very central location. The room was very small (as expected) but it was clean and comfortable. It has some character, the AC worked great and the bathroom , while small, was very modern. The staff was... More

We found the hotel adequate for our city break but the noise from subway was slightly intrusive. The room is very compact and the mattress was very firm but we slept well nonetheless. The location made it a good stay if a little overpriced! We found the staff helpful and the cleanliness was excellent.

We are just back for 3 nights in Paris where we stayed in Hotel de Saint-Germain. All told a very pleasant little spot. It is in an excellent location, not far from Notre Dame and the Latin Quarter. It is on a quiet street and we had a balcony which was great.Yes the rooms are small but I think that... More

You pay for location here.. which is fine. Like all Paris hotels, small rooms. But very clean, nice staff and very close to lots of great things. The one negative is that this is one of the few hotels that still requires you to surrender your room key to the front desk everytime you leave. And they lock the doors... More

This is a personal, welcoming and friendly hotel. The hotel itself as well as rooms, breakfast room, stairs, elevator and everything are really tiny but functional, charming and very well kept. Service is limited but good. If you are sensitive you may find the sound of the Metro passing underground, below the hotel, disturbing.

Love this Hotel. It is in the Latin Quarters and close to everything. You can walk to Notre Dame. Metro is a few blocks away as is the bus stop. Public transportation is excellent and took it to the Eiffel Tower and Louvre and Moulin Rouge. Hotel staff is excellent, especially the front desk. If I ever return to Paris,... More
