We were anticipating the stereotyped rude, obnoxious and pompous French citizens when we first arrived in Paris. But, after two minutes of meeting Melanie we felt completely comfortable and relieved. Both Melanie’s and Juan’s English was very good, their knowledge of the area vast and their personality warm. They are both on ‘duty’ most days, all day so you get... More

A very friendly, clean hotel with very large and comfortable beds in our superior room. Tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms as well as free hot drinks and cakes in the downstairs lounge ( a nice touch). We opted to have breakfast in a brilliant "Bio cafe" a few yards down the road from the hotel. Our only... More

Room was a little small but comfortable, clean and a nice bathroom. Reception was often rather busy and I didn't love that they preferred to keep your room key and then didn't ask for ID to give your room key out (just room number, so that didn't feel overly secure). I would stay again, especially for the price/location. Everyone was... More

This hotel is everything as described by previous travellers, and more besides! We arrived from Gare du Nord somewhat stressed due to the strike by the city's taxi drivers. However, the delightful Melanie made us so very welcome and her smile and friendly, helpful manner calmed us down within minutes. We had booked a superior room overlooking the inner courtyard... It's been a pleasure to stay in this hotel . The team is very friendly and helpful . Ts nicely located near Bastille , which is a cool area . I would recommend this hotel . The only thing to consider is that the room can be a bit small . That's common in Paris though .

This was a birthday weekend for my wife and I. The staff at the hotel wished my wife happy birthday on arrival and even laid on a little treat for her in the room with a personalised welcome card. This kind of touch really makes hotels stand out from the multinationals. The room was spotlessly clean, in a great location... More

Booked one of my clients into Hôtel L’Antoine and from the booking stage to when the guest checked out, everything went smoothly. The Hotel accommodated their every need and made the stay, comfortable and pleasant. They have a cosy Gym and Sauna available, which is free of charge to use. Would highly recommend this little gem of a hotel. Natalie

Best location, best service, best design, best coffee, best reception in Paris! Love it! The hood is really cool, lots of design shops and nice restaurants, 5 min. From Marais, 2 minutes from Metro. Very small, but extremely cozy rooms, luxury bathrooms and sauna. Free coffee and cakes. We loved every minute of our stay!

For our first trip to Paris, we stayed here for two full weeks, which meant getting a real feel for the hotel and the staff. The staff is so eager to help - whether that help is with housekeeping issues or where to find an open grocery store at 9pm, or directions to a broad variety of locales, or help... More

The smallest (cheapest) rooms are tiny, its true, but they're beautifully decorated, with comfy beds and decent storage, and for a short break for two fairly tidy people it wasn't a problem. I would upgrade for a longer stay. The staff at L'Antoine were all really helpful and really friendly. The neighbourhood is lovely, lots of good shopping (vintage, boutiques,... More
