I agree with most of the reviews. It is well situated and has a lot of resturants and pubs around.Ideal place to stay but the rooms are really small. If u like d view then would recommend to take higher floors but the bathrooms are really tiny and dont even have bath tubs and you will have to aqueeze urself in... Tired hotel, but nice location. Right in the heart of Montmarte. Tons of restaurants and bars around. Felt that Parisian vibe right away in the area. Our room even had a balcony, and we heard someone playing La Vie en Rose on their guitar across the street in their apartment. No air conditioning, so the room was hot in the... More

The hotel is nothing like advertised. The pictures make it look quite good, but in reality when you actually see the place for yourself, you instantly regret spending money on it. There is a booklet you get at the reception, it says stuff like toothpaste, toothbrushes, razors, hot water and tea are available at the reception. None were available. Even... More

Decent hotel, we had a superior room which cost 200 euros for 2 nights, room was small but most Paris hotel rooms in this price bracket are, especially in Montmartre, didn't bother with breakfast because there are plenty of cafe's and bakeries around, short walk to Place Du Tetre, Sacre Coeur, Moulin Rouge and Metro stations, Taxi to Eiffel Tower... With no carparking (15 minute walk) and 15 minutes from the place du tertre this was a little bit misleading. The rooms were TINY, the lift was a squeeze for 2, the wifi useless and the 10 euro breakfast abismal I wouldn't recommend this hotel! Costly for what it is too!!

Hotel in an excellent location close to the Montmartre.Good access by Metro. Double Room very small, dingy, battered but clean. For the price of the room without breakfast can be better bed and breakfast nearby. Not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

We stayed at the Comfort Hotel Place du Tertre for 6 nights and found the room very comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful. Room was small but that was what we expected, the location was very close to Cafe's and everything that we wanted. It was walking distance to the Opera, and very close to the Metro.

I didnt want to spend to much money on accomadation so this place is really for non fussy ppl. Very small and narrow.. And it's up a hill, but on plus side it's just down from the sacre cour! Bathroom and lift is tiny so not for very over weight ppl.. Honestly!! Great bars down the hill though.. Best place... More

First, this one star is for a staff name Hanafi. :) The airport shuttle was over an hour late and we almost missed our flight. However Hanafi offered us help many times so we can track the status of the shuttle and made it to our flight. He was also very polite and greets everyone in and out and tried... More

The location of this hotel is good. However, there was a strange smell in our room.. The room did not look very hygienic, the blowdryer did not work, the toilet did not always flush and we had problems closing the door. Under our bed we found an empty waterbottle and some other strange things. It's also very noisy. I would... More

Staying in Montmartre

Neighborhood Profile
Montmartre
Montmartre is a bustling mix of cultures, colors, and styles which changes from one street to another. Ride the funicular (or, for a real workout, climb the steps) to the sublime Sacré-Coeur (Basilica of the Sacred Heart) with its inspiring view of the city. The church is surrounded by provincial streets and piano bars where tourists, artists, and street entertainers thrive. At the foot of the hill, Boulevard de Clichy features shops not intended for young audiences, while residences are scattered to the north and east. The diverse population includes a large part from the Arab-speaking world, Africa, and Turkey. It’s a corner of Paris full of life and dynamism with charms that can’t be found anywhere else.
