Firstly, does anyone think its odd how there no reviews of this hotel in the last two years?? Secondly I had not booked this hotel. I had actually booked Little Hotel which is around the corner but the owner there (without explanation) brought us here. Whilst I realise the cost of this hotel is very low compared to other places... More

I picked this hotel because there wasn't much availability that day and it is conveniently located near Gare de l'Est and metro. However... I cannot believe that they get away with charging almost 100€/night for this dump. Sadly there are plenty of such places in Paris. Totally cramped room (even the ''superior'' one), paper-thin walls, suspicious-looking shower gel, etc. So... More

This is the worst hotel I ever had!! We stayed there in September for a couple of days. The hotel is very old in a not safe area. I saw many young black persons wandering around on the street. The wallpaper has wore out. The room is dark, small and humid. I had to nearly kick the door open. The... More

We stayed here over New Year and mostly used the hotel as a base from which to go sightseeing and it was in an ideal location, just a short walk from the Gare du Nord (where the Euro star stops). The hotel itself is definitely not modern but has everything you would expect from 2 star accommodations. The staff at... More

This hotel looks like a place that was really nice 30 years ago. Fine carpet on the floor and walls. Charming small details like the carpentry on the doors. But now everything is worn down og dull looking. Really small rooms, some noise from the stairways and elevator. Wery simple (but fine) breakfast: baguette, crosaint and coffie (all you can... More

This hotel seemed like a good choice. Cheap, near the centre, and in an old Parisian building. However, when staying there we came across a huge problem - bed bugs. First we didn't notice them, but after staying at this hotel for one night, terrible red marks - stains on legs, arms and necks as result.... Service was great -... More

OVERALL I would recommend this hotel, its a good budget hotel in a good location 10 min walk form Gare du Nord for Eurostar users, additionally It has a metro stop close by. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly, our room was clean but rather small with a nice balcony, but beware the room had VERY thin walls, but... More

Although the hotel is near the Place de la République it is in a very suspicious street. When we came to the hotel we noticed that the lobby is very dirty and old. The room was about the same, if not worse. Wallpapers were old and with stains and the furniture was very old and ruined. Sheets on the bed... More
