Nice hotel with a good breakfast and very helpful staff. Central location, metro across the street, lots of restaurants/cafés to choose from in the area. We walked everywhere (sacred heart, eiffel tower, champs-élysées, arc de triomphe, louvre, etc...but if you're not into walking you can just hop on the metro from the hotel.

I recently stayed here for 3 nights for business. Thought the location was great, not even a block from the train station where you can grab an early morning coffee at Starbucks, if you like. In the evening lots of restaurants, cafes, even fast food to choose from. I found everyone at the front desk very nice and helpful. The... More

My last stay at the Mercure Paris Opera goes back to summer 2012. I am just back from a 2 night stay at this hotel. Its location has, of course not changed: it is located 2 minutes walk from the Gare St Lazare which makes Paris very accessible as you can catch the metro/train from this station. It is a... More

I stayed four nights here last month having come from New Zealand. (I've lived in Paris previously for a year in the Latin quarter). It was nice to experience the other side and the hotel location is excellent. Paris is best discovered on foot. If you enjoy walking you are able to walk to many attractions/points of interest. It's conveniently... More

We have to stay in Paris as we planned to go to Giverny after we landed from the airport. We took the Roissybus to reach Opera area, and after crossing the street we reached Printemps Department Store. This Hotel is on the side street opposite to Printemps. As expected our room was not ready but they allowed us to leave... More

I stayed at the recently refurbished Mercure Paris Opera Garnier for 2 nights following a Trip Advisor recommendation. It was a good choice. It is just around the block from Gare St Lazare. The superior room was almost penthouse size and very good value by Paris standards which seems to rely on size-to-price in ratio. The room has been recently... More

The rooms are small but clean. Bathroom has a tub and the pressure was great but again small. The breakfast was the same everyday but had a good variety. They served various hams, cheeses and even smoked salmon. The nearby restaurants Spring Roll (Asian) and La Belle Venise (Italian) as well us Certa (pub with good food) were affordable, paris... Well, its very important that I get my sleep. My room was situated not facing the street but still could hear noise from the street. They moved me, and no more street noise. Only noise from my neighbors and the cleaning people in the afternoon and mornings. But so awesome front desk service. They are small rooms, but for me... More

Great location, It is just located 5 minutes away from train/metro stations/ department stores. It is also within a walking distance to airport bus. Great service, very kind and helpful. I love the "post card" sending service. Great breadfast, smoked salmon was my favourite.
