Rooms are what's expected in Paris---small, but comfortable. Sadly, no air conditioner and our room on the 5th floor got quite warm. We were able to open our window at night (no screen, but no bugs) and there is a fan on the wall, but after a hot day walking around, a hot room takes awhile to cool down. The... More

We reserved only and then called the office twice to cancel. First time they claimed that their system was down and second time they said we are all set. Now they charged us for the first night. We called the manager and the lady is not customer focused at all. Really bad service. Watch out reserving through their website and... More

We opted to purchase the breakfast in the lobby rather than hunt for a place. The coffee was excellent and the breads, croissants, typical but great. Yogurt and cheeses were also provided. We were plenty full and enjoyed it. The room was a little warm with no air, but was clean.

We found this hotel to be a good value. It also has a great location and it's clean. A good value for the money and so close to most everything, we walked and only used the metro to arrive and leave. The desk clerks could not have been more helpful.

This hotel was just what I was looking for. The rates were very reasonable for a nice hotel in a fantastic location. I wanted to be able to walk to the Louvre and Cathedral and the Montpensier was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant, professional and extremely helpful. Their English was very good too. I... More

The hotel is great for a trip to Paris. The location is unbeatable, just a mere 5 minutes form the Louvre. The staff is helpful and friendly and the rooms themselves are clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a cheap yet wholesome stay.

Keeping in mind this is just a 2 Star Hotel, we were very satisfied with our stay. The room was clean and staff helpful. The location was within walking distance from the stop (Opera) of the Rossie Bus from the airport. It was very close to the Louvre. The elevator was very small, but at least they had an elevator.
