Location of this hotel is excellent. Short walk from Roissy Bus Stop (aiurport bus). The rooms are quite small, just enough room to walk around the bed. The bathroom had no bench space and the toilet was so small the door opened back into the bedroom. The hotel room does have tea and coffee making facilities, fridge and a safe.... More

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during an August heatwave. I was travelling with my teenage daughter. We had a beautiful twin room on the top floor which had a lovely double balcony, which I really wasn't expecting. We had views over the neighbouring rooftops and garrets and it made us feel very Parisian. The aircon did struggle... More

The location is great, very close to several metro stations, many bus stops (including the tourist hop-on, hop-off buses), shops and sites. The Louvre is a 10-minute walk away, and the Opera and the gorgeous Galeries Lafayettes are around the corner. Our room was charming, the bathroom was very nice, we were on the 5th floor and loved the view... More

We stayed at this property for 3 days. The location is ideal for exploring the city. Although we experienced some issues with the wifi, we had similar experiences throughout Europe. If wifi is important, you may have to upgrade to a more costly hotel. It was nice to have a kettle and small refrigerator in the room. Also, the air... More

We had a good deal for the hotel, and it was on par with our expecations. Great location, everything went as expected. On the negative side, the hotel WiFi was pretty bad and working on and off. Overall nothing too spectacular, but simply a good experience. And after all, in Paris you don't - or at least you shouldn't -... More

This hotel is in a good location for taxi service and a metro stop. The rooms are clean and attractive with modern bathrooms. Unfortunately, we stayed here during several very hot days (90-100 degrees) and their air conditioning system could not cope. The first day was bearable but the last four were sauna hot. We slept with the windows wide... More

Dear Customer, We thank you for your comment. Please be sure we are really sorry about our air conditioning trouble and we made everything to fix it as quickly as possible. Nevertheless, we had those troubles during 2 days and no 4 as you said. We tried to minimize the heat by lending you a ventilator. Indeed, your breakfast was... More

We stay here every 2 years for the Paris air show and the staff are always helpful and friendly. It's ideally located for the attractions around L'Opera and is within easy walking distance of the Louvre and the many restaurants on the Rive Gauche. Pick a room on the lower floors in summer to avoid the heat of the upper... More

Lovely little hotel. Transfer from Airport and return with Antony who was very good and we would definitely use again. We did not have breakfast, but the hotel is centrally located with lots of cafes and bars around. Central for everything within walking distance. Lovely room, smart hotel, friendly staff, very clean.

Stayed for 3 nights. Great location, in a great district. Super close to the Opera house and metro station! About a 4min walk. It is off on a side street so it is quiet! The room was a great size for my small family of 3. The bathroom was big compared to European standards, even had a full bath. The... More

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
