Hotel has a young staff that is friendly and helpful, but not fawning. The decor in the lobby and rooms is modern and sleek, well appointed bathrooms with separate WC, reliable WI-FI, air conditioning, elevator, in a great location in the Marais, and all at a reasonable price. Breakfast is NOT included in the ro price.

We stayed in the room 22, from the elevator there is access only to the room, so it looks like you have a private access. The room is not so big, but this is quite normal in Paris. The toilet is near the entrance while the bathroom is on the other side of the room, so you need to pass... More

We stayed in a Designer Double on the 7th floor facing the street. It was quiet but it was the weekend. Great bed and linen. Nice touches in the way the bijou room is designed into this old building. It's well located in great district. The staff were very helpful and we enjoyed a sundowner drink at the bar. *Minor... More

I came here with a colleague for a business trip and it was just perfect for our stay. It's fairly simple service and amenity wise, but still chic and right in the heart of Le Marais. The rooms, like most hotel rooms in Paris, are rather small, but very comfortable and have your basics covered. The breakfast was great. Highly... More

We wanted to stay in a smaller, more interesting hotel - and this one certainly fit the bill! It is very cleverly designed, with small but chic, comfortable rooms. Ours was on the ground floor right off the courtyard and next to the bar/restaurant. They close it at 11:00PM so noise was not an issue. We booked without thinking about... More

An exceptional small hotel, service and attention to detail are what all hoteliers should aspire to. Very clever and interesting use of space. Beautiful white linen, very comfortable bed and lovely pillows. Breakfast was an absolute delight. Staff are so charming and helpful. Such an absolute delight to stay in and very quiet for the area,

My sister and I spent 2 days in Paris and stayed at a boutique hotel called Hotel Jules & Jim. We had a GPS system but still couldn't find it as the outside of the hotel is so unassuming. Once you walk in to the courtyard it is the cutest hotel ever. Our room was spotless and modern. The staff... More

Spent 3 nights in this hotel. Really enjoyed it. The location was very central. We walked everywhere and I have blisters to prove it. The area itself is charming with lots of nice shops and bars. We were checked in by a friendly member of staff who circled things of interest locally on a map and explained the tube etc.... More

Uber cool hotel, friendly and helpful staff, no Parisian stuffiness. Breakfast just ok. Design over substance. Sala oxygene room smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in. It's not far off being a capsule. Ok for a night's sleep but not a room to linger in. Expensive pee square metre!

I have been to Paris many times but this treasure in Marais is the best of the all. The price is not low, but quality justifies it. Rooms are really small but modern and with a comfty bed big shower and very clean. There is a cool bar downstairs which has a nice atmosphere in the evening with fab drinks.... More

Staying in Les Halles

Neighborhood Profile
Les Halles
Historically the central iron-clad market of Paris, Les Halles has evolved architecturally since then but the pulsating energy has stayed the same. Now it houses the main shopping mall, which nestles underground surrounded by fast-food take-aways and international restaurants coupled with beautiful churches and the old commodity exchange. Parallel to it are the high-street stores of Rue de Rivoli and just parallel to that the Seine. The area bustles with faces from all continents and all ages at all times of the day. If enjoying high-street shopping with easy access to fast eateries and lively bars is on your agenda, this is the place to go.
