Stayed in July for 4 nights. Chose it as we had our daughter with us and it's difficult to find a hotel in the centre of Paris for a reasonable price that can accommodate more than 2 people. We had the suite with a lovely private patio and a queen bed and separate single. Very friendly staff and as we... More

Hard to beat this for the price if you want to stay in the Marais. I was in a single, so the room was small. But I had a view of rooftops. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet (except I could hear others talking in the hall when they went to and from the elevator), the wifi always... More

We visit Paris once or twice a year, and we usually stay at the Beaubourg. I'm not sure I can add much to what I , and others have said, but it is clean, tidy, friendly, charmingly decorated, air conditioned, reasonably priced and in a superb location. I sometimes cannot believe what great value it is. All I would say... More

The location was excellent; the staff was pleasant and helpful; the room was spacious, nicely decorated and clean. The A/C worked very well. Close to the metro, a small supermarket and many restaurants. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Been to this hotel for several years now and each time come away very pleased. What hits me about this hotel is the excellent value for money you get with a stay here. I have stayed at all sorts of hotels , including very expensive luxury ones and yet this hotel for the price they charge always stands out to... More

We stayed here for 4 nights while visiting Paris. We flew into Charles de Gaulle and took the RER into town. We then got on to the 11 and got off at the Rambuteau station. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from there. Check is was very easy. We arrived early and they stored our luggage for us as... More

When coming to Paris in July, air conditioning is a must. Found this perfect hotel on the internet. The rooms are decorated to the period it was built, with wonderful beamed ceilings, rich fabrics on the walls and covering the windows. It is on a quiet street. They have thought of everything including wash mitts, make up mirrors, small fridge,... More

The breakfast offered by the hotel is not up to French standards. I would recommend getting breakfast in one of the many bars/cafes in the area (there is a nice cafe north of the hotel in front of centre pompidou and a bakery close to this cafe).

A good tidy and reasonable priced hotel in the marias district of Paris. You only sleep in the room in paris there is so much to do. the hotel is small and quite queit as it lays in a small side street off Rue de Rivalea. By Paris standards its good I think 3* plus when looking as much less... More

Staying in Le Marais

Neighborhood Profile
Le Marais
The Marais is a winding maze of multi-faceted streets that beg to be explored. It bursts with small boutiques, historic buildings, cozy traditional restaurants, and hidden parks. Around each corner, you'll come across little gems of architecture spanning the centuries, from understated medieval towers to classical libraries and 17th century splendor. This neighborhood unites a rich mix of people of all ages, but it's best known for the gay scene mostly in the south and the Jewish community around Rue des Rosiers.
