The staff was very helpful, it was located near the Eiffell Tower and we could walk to a lot of different places around it. The rooms were clean and we enjoyed the stay there.

We recently stayed at this hotel for six nights, and found it to be extremely convenient for our particular activities while in Paris. We used the city buses exclusively for transportation, and bus stops in all directions were very close by. There were several very good restaurants within short walking distance, and the Eiffel Tower was just around the corner.

Stayed here for a 3 night mini break 5th Jan. Took relatives from USA. I asked for rooms with balconies on my reservation and also adjacent rooms and my request was granted. This hotel is located close to musée branly and Tour Eiffel but that is about it. Breakfast is a joke, and service very weak (2x nobody at welcome desk). Rooms are super small and not very convenient (for example only one electricity plug to charge my phone and that was in the bathroom). I would avoid this hotel if possible.

It is possible that other rooms may be more satisfying; I was there for one night only and got a terrible, 1-star, dwarf-sized room. It is quite normal in Paris to get small rooms, but this time I felt the 3 stars were an overstatement far above what should be permitted (I am considering furnitures, not cleanness, that was good).

The room was comfortable and quiet and the staff were friendly and helpful. All spoke english well.
