This hotel looks amazing. As soon as you walk in the lobby it just looks so chic and gorgeous. Such lovely friendly staff, very helpful. My french is not very good, they all spoke very good English. The bedroom was a beautiful boudoir, though quite petite. Lovely bathroom, lovely big window to look out on the street and water fountain.... More

This is a lovely little hotel. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean. Location great for travelling into Paris itself. Right next to the Metro, very Close to Monmarte, Sacre Couer, Moulin Rouge. We stayed here for a short break in Paris as my wife had never been. If you are happy to travel to the city centre to see the... More

I have stayed at this delightfully quirky hotel on 2 other occasions as we lead walks in Paris. Both occasions were excellent and so we recommended the hotel to the group we were leading last week 12-15 May. 3 others took up the option to stay there for 3 nights. The weather was hot on the first two nights and... More

My partner & I came here for a week's stay. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The hotel itself was an utter delight of fin de siècle extravagance with silks & velvets everywhere. The signature colour is red. The details are profuse. This is not a place to stay if you want chain hotel blandness. It is for those... More

We loved the hotel with silk wallpaper, velvet padded doors and old fashioned courtesy from the front desk. Yes it is quirky and yes its faded gentility but we enjoyed that. Plenty of hot water for a bath, we sussed the heating system second day. The balcony view was of the bustling Pigale area metro on door step, also a... More

If you are sleep sensitive then this is definitely not the hotel for you on a Saturday night to Sunday afternoon - there is a loud nightclub all night and all Sunday morning until 1pm in the afternoon. However, if you request a quieter room on the other side of the street looking straight up to the Sacre Coeur then... More

A little decadence, slightly bizarre and excellent for the area. Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast. Good value for money in the Pigalle district and although in a very busy and noisy neighbourhood with the first class double glazing we were not disturbed at all.

We where there for a 3 day romantic get away, we loved the Hotel Decor for its romanic and boudoir styling. Its is a bit lived true here and there, but we found it charming and suited to the aria history. We booked a Deluxe Room with Spa Bath they are a little bigger then stander rooms and the spa... This is a smaller hotel located very conveniently at the Pigalle metro station (exchange station of two metro lines). Montmartre can be seen peeking over the rooftops, stores of various kinds are right around the corner and a weekend club right next door which appears to be open all night long over the weekend. The hotel has a plush decoration... More

We booked one night at this hotel with a Top Secret deal on lastminute.com. As described by the other reviewers the decor has to be seen to be believed! It is definitely over the top, but in a way guaranteed to put a smile on your face. We booked a standard room, and were pleasantly surprised to find a really... More

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
