We have just spent a week at this hotel. It was recommended by a friend and we were really glad we chose it. The hotel is situated on a quiet street, just a short walk from the Metro (La Motte-Piquet Grenelle), and there are plenty of shops, eateries, pharmacies etc. The hotel is very secure with a bell to ring... This is one of my favorite hotels, and the only place I stay in Paris. The rooms are sweet, the garden lovely, the breakfast excellent, the location convenient, and the price perfect. I have been there four times and each time has been perfect. I love how quiet it is, especially. The street market is wonderful too. There are even... More

The rooms are so cute with comfortable beds. Everything is clean and the staff is extremely friendly. The location is great, with max 10 min walk to the eiffell tower and one minute to the metro station. The price is great and nothing negative to say :)

We really enjoyed the charm of this place. Had two rooms - one towards courtyard and one toward street. Charming, Paris style rooms, good service, good service and - for us - perfect location. A bit off main areas - but real Paris neighborhood - and easy metro and bus access. Good family shopping in Rue du Commerce.

This is a lovely little hotel. Train station is nearby and the Eiffel tower is located short walk distance. Breakfast is what you imagined in Paris. Good coffee, croissant and creamy natural yoghurt in glass jar. I would recommend this hotel 🏨

We know Paris is a expensive city, so I think this hotel has a fair room price. It's well located next to the subway and main streets. In addition, is very easy go to Eiffel Tower from it. If you think that the hotel's breakfast is expensive, then go to a Commerce street and choose a cafe. I've been in... More

This lovely little hotel is located perfectly close to a metro station, monoprix ( superstore), launderette, many parisian cafes, McDonald's. The rooms are small (like any Parisian hotel) but comfortable. The bed is clean and comfortable. The bathroom is small but functional with a little shower cubicle. The room rent doesn't include breakfast which is 10 euros and includes only croissants,... More

What a charming little place! Typically small Parisian hotel room but the condition, location, and price can hardly be beat. We stayed for three nights this October. It's within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, although we took the Metro (conveniently nearby) because it was raining. (The Paris Metro is the best and we used it extensively.) The nearby Rue... Six of us stayed five nights at Hotel de l'Avre in Paris in early September, 2014. It is on a quiet street and yet only a block from two metro lines. We were also able to easily walk to the Eiffel Tower and just a little further to the Rue Clair area. Cafes and restaurants were available in abundance within... More

I stayed before - 9 and 5 years ago, and from what I can tell, little has changed. The rooms are nice, super clean and with an uncluttered décor that suits me. We had a double room with a bathtub looking onto the courtyard - plenty of room for two people. Wifi is password protected and worked well. We enjoyed... More
