The location of this hotel can't be faulted, it is so close to so many of the sites and very convenient. The hotel to be honest isn't great, but if your looking for a place to sleep while spending the day out and about in Paris, then this is perfect. The rooms were clean, but very small and the bathrooms... More

I have stayed at the Hotel Saint Roch 5 times, so that kind of tells you that I find it ok. Having said that , it certainly is not a luxury resort , with small rooms and cramped hallways. But I look for convenience, quiet , and location and the Saint Roch has all of this. I fly in to... More

Please stay away from this place, if I have had the time I would even entered a complaint somewhere but actually I just wanted to move on and forget I even steped into this place. The pictures are NOTHING like the ones they post, or probably are from a renovation from 15 years ago, but after that they never cleaned... More

My wife and I decided to take a trip to Paris and yes Paris is expensive yet we had previously stayed at Hotel Saint Roch 7 years ago and WOW it is as clean, quaint, cute and yes inexpensive as it was 7 years ago. The staff speaks english and they were great when with anything we needed. The best... More

Small hotel...tiny elevator, small rooms, small TV...Typical Parisian hotel. Men at the front desk were curt but the girl working when we checked in was very polite and friendly. The location was good as we were very close to The Louvre and the beautiful gardens next to the Lourve. Also, just a short walk to the metro station. Would definitely... More

We chose this hotel because it is just a stone throw away from the pick-up point for Viator/Paris City Vision Tours and also quite a number of nearby hotels were already fully booked by the time I checked. Tourist attractions such as the Opera House, Tuileries Gardens and Louvre/Orange museums and Galeries Lafayette are all within walking distance. Considering that... More

The location here is excellent, especially if you arrive from the airport by Roissybus, as it's only about a 5/10 min leisurely walk from the bus stop. Very close to both Tullieries and Pyramide metro stops, so great for access to the metro and the rest of the city. I stayed in a single standard room, and it was very... More

Many of the reviews for this hotel mention its convenient location. In my case it was certainly convenient since my American family were staying in the same street and we had a lovely celebratory dinner in the restaurant right next door (I'm reviewing the 'Auberge St Roch' as well). I opted for a larger deluxe room with bath and this... More

Hotel Saint Roch is located in a perfect position for us. Tuileries Gardens, Louvre, little shops, good restaurants all within moments from hotel. We even walked to the EiffelTower along the river. Our room, although small, was very clean and the bed comfortable. Somehow we made it work for us. We basically just slept and repacked our suitcases there. We... More

Finding a moderately priced hotel in Central Paris can be an issue. You can't expect location and a reasonable price. Saint Roch is wonderfully close to the Louvre and L'Orangerie and easy walking distance to several metro stations. The room was small and somewhat idiosyncratic (bathroom built into roof space was rather "tight"for space) but perfectly serviceable. Staff were friendly... More
