Given the very high prices of everything in Paris, the hotel is good value and well located, the Metro is only 5 minutes by foot. Many Cafés and restaurants also close by. The room was very clean and well appointed, but rather small. A lot of thought has gone into getting the most out of limited room space.

Hotel was just perfect for my stay as I chose it for the location, conveniance and price. Next to my favorite area in Paris, St Germain, a Metro 1 minute walk away. Rooms are tiny and but clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast for 10Euros which is very well priced and free Wifi Internet.

The hotel is located in a nice area not far from downtown Paris. Using the public bus it is easy to go back and forth between the center of Paris. The room was clean, very cute and well appointed. L'Hotel Mayet was a fine experience! Convenient location near Metro, friendly helpful personnel and excellent breakfasts! Clean comfy room, very reasonably priced in the high rent district. Would readily come back here! Merci mille fois!

The hotel is very conveniently located with metro, shopping areas and sigh seeings. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The Continental breakfast was very decent. There are many very good restaurants around the hotel as well. The only thing was the room was very small so was the elevator, but I guess that is expected for all Paris hotels.

We stayed 5 nights during heat wave in September. No a/c, but ceiling fan plus open window made it sleepable at night. Like others have said rooms are very small, but room was clean, nicely decorated and bed was comfortable. Besides who goes to Paris just to stay in their room?
