My boyfriend booked this trip to Paris for my Christmas present and it was a smashing trip, we loved every minute of it! The hotel is located around 40 minutes drive from the CDG airport. The best thing to do is to use the train and metro service to get there as there is a metro station a 2 minute... More

We spent three nights at The Hotel Murat over New Years Eve 2014, it was basic and very small but clean with good metro links. I agree with other reviews the hotel rooms are very small and noisy (lift and outside traffic). The bathroom is especially small and some guests may find it difficult to access the shower (it was... I do not usually write reviews but I need to help you to avoid this terrible, terrible hotel like the plague! I stayed here for 3 awful nights from 20-23 November. I am here now writing this Review! That's how annoyed I am. Here is why: 1. The tiny lift runs through the centre of this small hotel. No matter... More

After a 20-30 euro taxi ride from gare du nord we arrived at this small hotel situated in a surprisingly busy area of south Paris. with good metro links to main Paris tourist attractions, the area has shops bars and restaurants including MC Donald's which we were determined not to use. be aware of beggars around the area late at... Lets start... I am beyond dissatisfied with this hotel, I have only just created a trip advisor account but I remembered this hotel so much so that I came to review it... Rude staff... The man looked completely bored and informed us that if we got back after 12am we would be locked out (but you could ring the bell)... More

Well, my husband booked this hotel for 3 days on our 10th wedding anniversary. If you're looking for a "romantic escape" to Paris please look somewhere else. We stayed in room 13 , that was pokey, dark, a very small bed an nothing else. The room is so small that I was able to get into the bathroom without stepping... More

Just came back from Paris, and spent 6 days at The hotel. It is very small but what hit me at first sight, is the cleanliness and the friendly greeting from Alexandra at reception. Its true that lift holds only 2 persons or 1 person with luggage but there was never a problem with it. Breakfast consisted of baguette and... More

If you're staying in Paris to see the sights, hotel Murat is wonderful, though quite far out. The metro is good value if you use it right. Our room was clean though the bathroom ceiling leaked on and off, which was a bit concerning. The lift is very convenient but quite loud. Generally very cosy, food shops all around, breakfast...
