Among the clinets of La Perle hotel in the West Bank of Paris, there is a huge depute: Shall we share the information with others, or shall we keep it a secret? well, as a customer who stayed many times in this hotel, I will say: It's one of a kind place to stay when you are in Paris !... More

My sister and I recently stayed at the Hotel La Perle, and it was the perfect hotel for us. We arrived tired and hungry from our long flight and were warmly greated by Teddy at check in, who had many suggestions for eating and sightseeing. The room was quiet and had a very comfortable bed. The location is fantastic, down... More

We enjoyed this lovely hotel. The staff was so helpful with travel questions. The room was cute and quiet with a comfy bed. The breakfast was yummy including your typical croissants, ham, cheese, boiled eggs, yogurt, and a nice fruit salad. There were many restaurant options around. We walked all over town but the metro was 5 minutes away. I... More

Hotel La Perle is located on a tiny street in a wonderful neighborhood on the Left Bank close to shops, metro stations, restaurants, and St. Sulpice. It has incredibly friendly and efficient staff, from the front desk to the bar tender to the cleaning staff. My room was immaculate, spacious, and quiet, even though it faced the street. The bathroom... More

We stayed here for almost 2 weeks upon the recommendation of an acquaintance. It is well located on a small street in Saint Germain and is near several metro stations. Employees are most friendly and helpful. I don't know if all of the rooms are as updated as the one we stayed in, but ours was larger than I would... More

Hotel La Perle is in a great location in St. Germain - near buses and metro if you would need them. We took a hop-on-off 2 day bus pass (buy at the kiosk outside Notre Dame - if the first days use is after 4PM that day is free). We also purchased a 4 day museum pass - along with... More

This is a small, friendly establishment with very comfortable beds, with excellent breakfast buffet, and is ideally situated for walking to many major cultural attractions during the day. Evening eating out was easy: the hotel is in a side street surrounded by bistros and bars so we never had to go far. La mangerie around the corner was wonderful for... More

We love this area of Paris (6th Arrondisement) and this beautiful boutique hotel is right in the center of the lively St. Germain area. Lots of great but reasonably priced restaurants and bars within easy walking and lots of top boutiques too (some not so reasonably priced!) La Perle was a terrific find. Very quiet room, bright and well appointed... More

We loved this boutique hotel! Staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. Room was very nice and bed very comfortable. We were on the 5th floor, courtyard side, so no street noise at all. We took advantage of an internet special and added the breakfast, which was good. We walked to many of the city attractions, but there were also 2... More

This is a very quaint and romantic hotel. Only stayed one night but the accommodations were exactly what I expected from a Paris hotel right in the middle of everything. Staff was very pleasant and helpful in recommending places to see and eat.

Staying in Saint-Germain-des-Pres

Neighborhood Profile
Saint-Germain-des-Pres
In Saint-Germain-des-Prés, life is effortlessly chic and all things are beautiful. The main boulevard is dotted with famed terraced cafés, haut-couture shops, ivy-covered railings and fine-dining restaurants. Antique dealers and art galleries surround the fine art school and small museums hide in unassuming squares. The neighborhood’s namesake church is the oldest in Paris and is the backdrop for talented musicians every weekend. The Luxembourg Gardens house the national senate, splendid lawns and flourishing flower beds. Famous faces and bourgeois Parisians frequent Saint Germain accompanied by the students of Rue Saint Guillaume and Rue des Saints-Pères. This is a neighborhood where afternoon people-watching from a café or playing cards in a brasserie are a key part of the daily fabric.
