This is a long and overdue review but this hotel deserves a very good one! We stayed here for 5 nights and we can't moan. In a city as expensive as London we found this hotel with good value for your money. It is conveniently located just a few minutes walk to Gard d' Lyon where you can catch trains... More

We stayed in Hôtel Jules César from 15 - 21 June 2015. Reception friendly and welcoming. The room was big enough but the cupboard is a little small if you stay for long periods and are 2 people. Linen and towels are clean. Enough warm water! The room had glass doors and as the traffic in Paris is hectic the... More

5 mns walk from the Gare de Lyon Station. We had to take a train early to go South. Nice Staff, breakfast very convenable. I had a Tiny room, but for a night after a flight from Japan (the Car Airfrance is very near from the Hotel). My friend lost his CC, the Hotel called us to tell us they... More

We liked our stay at this hotel. It's about a 6 minute walk from the curb of Gare d'Lyon. About a block from the Seine. Several restaurants nearby. A short walk to the metro. For the price, a very central location. Comfortable bed, quiet room., very friendly and accommodating staff.

Stayed thr for 1 night only. Location is near to station. An airport shuttle bus runs nearby stop. Room was ok but lift was very small, corridors gave a look of a maze. Was in balcony room and view from it was very good. Didnt take breakfast or dinner. 3 stars.

Good position (near the center of Paris), good service, brekfast was too expensive for the offer (10 euros) and my room was too small. The smallest bath that I ever seen. Normal clearness. If you don't have particular request....

Rooms are not very big. In some of them you could have problems when you have a lot of luggage. Atmosphere is great. Receptionists are very friendly and helpfull. Cleaners are like a machines. Fast as a F1 bolids. I have gone to buy a cigarettes and 10 minutes after the room was cleaned. Breakfast are very very minimalistic. Only... More

For the price, I think this is a very nice hotel. I had a single room facing the street, with my own French balcony - all for just a bit more than the hostel I had stayed in the days before. The hotel is close to Gare du Lyon, which is convenient if you need to catch a train from... More

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Jules Cesar. What I enjoyed the most was its location. True, it's not close to the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre or many other must-see attractions, but a Metro Line 1 Stop is just five minutes away, at the convinient Gare du Lyon. The charm of the Bastille neighbourhood is that it never... More

Nothing extraordinary about the Hotel Jules Cesar, very average, but also worth the price. Rooms are small but bed was comfortable, which is all you need when you are only in the hotel to sleep. Decent location, used the Gare de Lyon to catch the Metro.
