This is a very beautiful hotel in a central location. I am so pleased to have found this hotel and am very happy with my experience. The rooms are so nice, comfortable and clean. There is free wifi, using two networks, so you will not have trouble accessing internet and the hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming. I would... More

As most places in Paris the room was small, but that doesn't bother me as i'm in Paris to see the sights not stay in my room. The only thing that could be improved was the bathroom, it had bad water mark stains on the walls. But other than that a pleasant stay.

Dear Katherine, thank you for sharing your experience on TripAdvisor, it's always a pleasure to read good rviews from our guests. Parisian rooms are know to be smaller than in other countries that is why I understand your remark, for a next stay don't hesitate to reserve our elegant rooms which are larger and sizing 18m2. Great place to stay in desired district. We were positively surprised by the newly refreshed room with balcon to the street side. 200 meters to Luxemburg park (for those who start day with nice run for fun). Quiet street with short walk distance to many noisy popular tourist attractions. after many visits to Paris this hotel was a pleasant discovery... More

Absolutely perfect location, close to the Metro, shopping, nightlife, Luxembourg gardens, tours etc. Very small rooms (what else do you expect in paris) very well maintained and clean with a cute little balcony. Lovely interior in the foyer and breakfast room was also lovely. Helpful kind staff, always... More

Great location, nice clean room and always helpful staff members. We are a retired couple, traveling on our own and taking local public transportation everywhere we went. Everything worked like a charm! Paris is beautiful, and the Parisians were so courteous to my wife and I.

We had a room on the third floor and I'd asked for a balcony when I booked which we got. How charming! You can't sit out there but the novelty was great. Room not as small as expected, there was room all around the bed and a big desk. We loved the coat hooks - very useful. Tiny bathroom with... More

I only stayed two nights but the location was great - near Odean metro, St. Germain de Pres and Latin Quarter, and the wonderful Luxembourg Gardens. On a quiet street but near lots of action: shopping, touring, eating, relaxing. You'll need a good map given the narrow, curving medieval streets that change name frequently. Great value, comfortable and clean room,... More

Staying in Saint-Germain-des-Pres

Neighborhood Profile
Saint-Germain-des-Pres
In Saint-Germain-des-Prés, life is effortlessly chic and all things are beautiful. The main boulevard is dotted with famed terraced cafés, haut-couture shops, ivy-covered railings and fine-dining restaurants. Antique dealers and art galleries surround the fine art school and small museums hide in unassuming squares. The neighborhood’s namesake church is the oldest in Paris and is the backdrop for talented musicians every weekend. The Luxembourg Gardens house the national senate, splendid lawns and flourishing flower beds. Famous faces and bourgeois Parisians frequent Saint Germain accompanied by the students of Rue Saint Guillaume and Rue des Saints-Pères. This is a neighborhood where afternoon people-watching from a café or playing cards in a brasserie are a key part of the daily fabric.
