It's like posh-Butlins really...lots of queues for better than average quality buffet food. Rooms have just a veneer of quality. To tip is to book a Castle Room - you get access to a private reception and a nice little breakfast / afternoon tea area - these can be a real boon at check-in and check-out, and also when the... more

I have stayed in all of the Disneyland Paris hotels now (except the Hotel New York) and this is by far the best! We were greeted on arrival by helpful staff who took our luggage from the coach and sent it straight up to our room. Check in was quick and easy and we were even given a Fast Pass... more

We have just returned from our four night trip with our 5 yr old daughter and we just had the best time. Check-in a bit slow and inefficient but you get over that. If you like your cup of tea/coffee, ask for a kettle as I was ordering tea for two and paying 12.00 euros! On third day they brought... more

This is an older hotel with rooms that desperately need updating and modernizing but you cannot beat the location. The rooms are OK (we had a room with two queen beds) and are very charming with quaint accessories and subtle Disney accents. We also got a bucket of soft drinks on ice the first day we arrived which was a... more

Just got back from a brilliant time at the hotel. Everyone very helpful although service at time could be slow. Was excpecting to be expensive and it was a coffee and a gin and tonic was 17 euros. more

When we arrived at the hotel, we were ammediatly helped with everything and informed promptly of how much an upgrade to castle club suite would be and it would have £400 extra for 2 nights, however, they wanted the payment upfront and at the time we just couldn't afford it untill the last day but they kindly upgraded our room... more

We stayed, with our 10yr old son, 4nts in Jan 09. The hotel exterior,as we approached, was beautifully lit....straight away we felt like we were in a fairytale. Check-in was very quick and efficient, our bags were taken to our room. Our room was overlooking the enterance to the park and Disney Studios. It was beautiful, plenty of room, good... more

Terrible hotel and horrible service. The managers made guests feel like they were doing the guest a favour ! I have never felt so cheated, especially since it costs double of what one would pay in US. Disneyland had really pull up its socks radically - it is not a spot on the hotels or Disneylands in US or Asia. more

What's not to love about this hotel? The moment you arrive you are treated like Royalty. The car was unpacked for us, our cases put on a trolley then the car was whisked away and parked. The room was huge and the details in the wallpaper were incredible. We loved every minute of our stay in this hotel. more
