I stayed in a room with a bath and shower en suite for 4 nights at 55 Euro a night. The drain was a little slow in the shower, tho I had plenty of hot water. The bed was comfy, sheets and pillow nice. It was cleaned every day. My room opened into a courtyard, so no street noise, however... more

I decided to stay at the Hotel Tiquetonne after reading the reviews on this site and after taking into consideration my limited budget and I don't have any regrets. However, after staying there for 6 nights (single room, no shower, 35 euro + 1 day in room with shower-45 euro) I found some reviews here a bit overestimating the hotel.... more

Well, this hotel was recommended to me by friends. I stayed here one night when connecting from a evening arrival at Orly to a morning departure from Charles De Gaulle. The price (55 euros) was great for the location (right in the centre of the city - more on this later) and included a private shower and toilet. Cheaper rooms... more

My husband and I have just returned from a 3 day (2night) trip to Paris. We were on a budget and as it was his first trip to the City of Lights I wanted him to stay somewhere that was typically French and not Ibis or any other chain. The gentleman who took my original booking spoke English and was... more

My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel is very central, easily accessed by metro, and was perfect for visiting Paris by foot. Our room was basic but confortable; our rate did not entitle us to a private toilet or shower, but we had a sink with a tiled area around it if ever we did not... more

Great Location in quiet yet busy area nearby Les Halles/Centre Pompidou. Friendly and firm staff, simple room with shower, no airco nor television. Breakfast served in the room (little extra). Metro Station nearby. If only every major city had such a hotel .... more

I stayed in Room 8 at Hotel Tiquetonne in March 2009 for one week. The price for a single was very good. The hotel is located on a quiet, restaurant-studded street 5-10 minutes from Forum Les Halles, just off Rue St. Denis, and minutes from Rue Montorgeuil. My narrow room had an armoire, a small table, and a sink. I... more

I've stayed several times at this hotel. The hotel is located near "Les Halles" in Paris downtown area. The prices are adequate, they offer good, clean and adequate accommodations. I recommend to book in advance because sometimes there are no rooms left. more

Felt lucky to get a room at this hotel after showing up in Paris with no reservations and finding most places full. The rooms are fun and quirky but might not suit everyone's taste. The staff were all very friendly and the place was kept spotlessly clean. We felt very safe and secure and the location is amazing considering the... more
