My wife found this hotel and it was great. The staff were very helpful. The hotel itself was in a great location, close to the louve. The hotel is one that grows on you.The room are small and the beds are hard. But this place has something about it.It is bright colourful a great place to stay while in paris.

If you're the kind of person who likes the Hyatt/Sheraton/Hilton experience, this hotel probably isn't for you. The rooms are small, the lift is a squeeze for two people and there aren't extensive bar or catering options. But if you value character over formula, if you value real friendliness over the pasted-on smile and if you want to end up... More

Stayed here with my son and cousin in mid-August, we had two rooms. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Louvre, Place de la Condorde and the Tuilierie Gardens. The rooms are very small, as was the bathroom, but clean, comfortable, plenty of storage space. The small space was very well utilized. The breakfast was excellent, we... More

The bright, colorful, fun, creative atmosphere makes this hotel work. It is hard to look at the cheerful decor and not be convinced you are having a good time. The staff is friendly, relaxed, and helpful. The beds are very comfortable. The air conditioning is excellent. The location is convenient to the Louvre. The biggest negative was that the rooms,... We have just got back from a weekend in Paris and WOW. I have visited on about 4 other occasions but I can honestly say this is the best place I have stayed. It's clean, comfortable (heavenly beds) and modern - without being clinical. The room had fantastic air conditioning which was a godsend as the weather was so warm... More

I had a very nice stay at the Crayon Hotel in Paris! My friend and I stayed for five nights and were very happy with our experience. It was conveniently located near the Louvre and several different Metro stops. The staff was so nice and willing to help us with anything we needed. We also appreciated the free internet acess.... My wife and I arrived at the hotel early as we had an overnight flight. We explained this to the Crayon staff and our room was ready and waiting at our check in. All the staff we encountered we're cheerful and helpful and available 24/7. The location is a short walk from the Louvre and the Jardin de Tuilleries as... More

I strongly recommend this lovely little hotel to any couples looking to explore this beautiful city. The staff here are extremely helpful and very friendly. They speak near perfect English for those who can't speak French like me. The cleaning staff were also great, they even folded our clothes in the luggage (which I found a little sketchy at first... Thank you for your compliments! The hotel has existed since 1800, and is historically protected, that is why we weren’t able to renovate the size of the rooms and didn’t have much room to install the elevator. We strive to make up for it with our funky pepsy style, irreproachable and HUMAN service, and lots of perks such as the... More

We stayed here for 6 nights with a toddler. For Paris, it's the expected small size of the room so it was a bit tight for the 3 of us, but we were out most of the time anyways. The room itself was clean and there was ample space in the bathroom. The cleaning staff did a great job everyday... More

Thank you for your comments and suggestions! In the room there are free evian bottles, and during the summer there is fresh ice tea available for guests in the lobby. The express breakfast for 7€ includes a nespresso coffee, bread butter jam nutella etc, croissants and pastries, and an orange juice. The full all you can eat buffet for 12€... More

My and my boyfriend spent 3 nights at hotel crayon. The lobby has a great feel and the whole hotel is very unique. The location is great, 10 minutes to a very trendy part of paris. 8 minutes away from the metro. The elevator is very very small and can only hold one person and a suitcase, we took turns... More

Dear Ali, We apologize for the problem with the room service, we work with an external company which is why orders take at least 30-40 min. We have transferred the complaint to the company and will get back to you, as we strive for irreproachable quality in each guest service. Could you please contact us back to make up for... More
