Very friendly staff. Easy to find location and most convenient. Room access is a little tight but it is Paris. Very nice restaurants and other amenities within easy walking distance. Short walk to the tower and major museums. Street is reasonably quiet.

Spent 5 nights in the Napoleon room of this lovely boutique hotel ... It looks just as presented in the brochure photos. The location is close enough to easily walk - within 15 minutes - to the Eiffel Tower, Rue Cler, Invalides and Napoleon's tomb (right out your door), the Rodin Museum, The Tuileries and Orangerie, to walk along the... You can't get a better location! The tube station is literally 20 yards from the hotel, eiffel tower a 5 minute walk and les invalides the burial palace of napoleon bonapart is across the road. The hotel it's self has a nice french feel, with a stylish interior and located in a quiet area

Clean, safe hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Stephanie was exceptional and helped us out with an issue that we had during our stay. The hotel is across the street from the Metro station and is approximately 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Sound does carry between rooms so you'll hear voices from the people next door. I... Bags of character with its striking interior decor and original architectural features right down to the key fobs, belied by the modest exterior. It won't be to everyone's taste but if you're looking for some local colour and no beige, then this is the place for you! It's just the pick me up you need after your journey. Staff were... More

All the positive reviews for this hotel are spot-on. It is a beautiful boutique hotel in a very nice part of Paris, literally 20 paces from the Metro. The rooms are a fair size for a French hotel, and the bathroom was surprisingly large. The room was clean and presented beautifully. The bed in our room (21) was a bit... More

One of the best hotels i have stayed in . The staff are fantastic and gave us such a warm welcome . There was nothing that was any problem for them to do and always very courteous. The room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean . Excellent size with good storage . Kettle wasn't working but was replaced immediately .... More

Greeted by rude staff upon arrival. Room was very disappointing after a long journey! Booked a superior room through expedia - there was no minibar as advertised and no bathtub as advertised. This was key for us as my partner has arthritis and in the cold weather this was needed! Staff entered the room as and when they pleased -... More
