Clean, pleasant with friendly, efficient and helpful staff. Great location, walking distance from the Louvre etc or a couple of minutes from the Metro. Bonus of breakfast every morning. Only gripe was the very small rooms.

Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast. Small room and fair location. For some how I was over charged for extra breakfast that I never had, got reimbursed 1 week later, located in a dodgy, dirt and ugly area of Paris. Not sure if I would recommend.

The Hotel is just round the corner from Gare de L'Est and the trendy area of St Martin'sCanal. This is our second stay and it is now our Paris base. The staff are very very helpful and the Hotel is very well organised and run. The price offers truly excellent value especially for such a good size room👍

I have just spent 4 nights here with my wife and found the hotel to be very nice. The room we were in was small but adequate. The staff all spoke English and nothing was to much trouble for them even in the early hours of the morning. The one problem is that there is building work going on next... More

Our room with two twin beds pushed together was very small. We kept bumping into each other or the luggages on the floor. AC worked well. Thin walls= could hear next door activities. Room had free coffee and tea. Shower was small but modern. The elevator would only fit 3-4 people with no luggage. Breakfast is adequate (pastries, croissant, bread,... More

My business travels to Paris, and when we do, we stay here. A VERY short walk from Gare de L'Est, and a reasonable walk from Gare du Nord, it's quite convenient for getting around the city. Hotel is a short walk to the waterway, and there's decent nightlife surrounding it for business travelers. Plentiful, good food nearby (Try Les Enfants... More

The room was extremely small, and the walls were extremely thin. Several of our neighbors were very loud, so we had little sleep. Also, the breakfast is all right. Nothing outstanding, but not bad. The location is decent, and the staff is friendly, but I won't be staying here the next time I come to Paris.

Its a walk from the Eurostar, but well worth it. I had a very nice room with a small but modern shower room. Tea/coffee facilities, generous continental breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. Some fairly major renovations going on in reception, but everyone stayed friendly and cheerful. I enjoyed my stay.

Chose this hotel after reading good reviews. It is a very pleasant well located hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are a little on the small side but clean and adequate. Unfortunately the lounge/dining room was closed for renovation so we were served breakfast in our room. Sounds romantic, but it was from it, as the room was too small... More
