My partner and I stayed for 4 nights and I gotta say was very impressed. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted by this the front desk staff. When we arrived our room was ready and the staff went over any questions that we would had about our travels. The room that we had no special... More

This hotel is perfect if you just want a hotel with a comfortable room and good breakfast! The staff are so helpful and friendly and considering the hotel is in the centre of Paris near Gare de Nord what you pay is cheap! Ignore other reviews who are expecting 5*accomodation for nothing! This 3* hotel is perfect if you are... More

We stayed for 4 nights in a Standard double. Pros: - Good size room and bathroom for Paris standards - Friendly and accommodating staff (I’d like to especially mention that they prepared breakfast extra early - 5am - since some people were checking out early on our departure date. Really appreciated this extra service!) - Close to Gare d’Lest Station... More

We were two singles staying at the hotel for three nights. I have reviewed the hotel previously under the heading 'Not as good as it was'; I'm afraid it's no better. The rooms we were allocated were through the garden door and on the first floor - there was no lift. The room was quite tired and not big enough... More

I went to the hotel last week with my couple. My couple was in the room but I had to work so I left the hotel at 5am. The receptionist told me that I couldn't leave because I hadn't paid, but it was my couple who made the booking gave his cc details and who will pay. Anyway the receptionist... More

It's not in the best of all areas but the prices of the local eateries reflect this. Room is not large but fine for few days. Only 10 minutes walk from Gare du Nord. Staff really great particularly Anne. Breakfast very tasty

Usually travel by train so try and find somewhere close to station. This is, but the neighborhood is a little less than desirable. Still, once you hop on the metro you can be in the heart of Paris pretty darn quickly !! Hotel itself was good, could use some TLC, but overall ok. Bed was huge, and uncomfortable, but we... More

We were heading to Strasbourg in the South of France and wanted an easy place to sleep and crash after coming back from a cruise - this was perfect. The rooms were small but very clean and had a lift - which seems to be a gift these days!! The Hotel is just around the corner from Gare de l'Est... More

Timhotel Paris Gare De l'Este is a charming hotel with wonderful staff. They were always available to provide easy-to-follow directions and even restaurant recommendations when asked. Location- few minutes away from Gare De l'Est train station and Canal St. Martin. The canal was a great location to run or grab a drink/bite at any of their cafés and restaurants. Note:... More

Bed was crisp and clean. Bathroom clean but mouldy smell. Breakfast extremely disappointing. Close to train stations Nord and Est. For same price I would rather stay at Mercury or Ibis next time. The hotel just feels tacky. Also noisy because of proximity to tracks.

Canal Saint-Martin
The tree-lined Canal Saint-Martin is the focal point of one of the most romantic and hip areas of Paris. Watch boats travel along the canal while lovers and friends take in the atmosphere from the banks or the bridges. Evenings see hoards fill the embankments to drink wine and enjoy good company.
