The room that we had was very smal, damped and dated. The rooms are very noisy. You can easely overhear a telephone call or conversations coming from the room next to you. the shower needs work. Dirty curtain, toiletroll could not hang ect. Breakfast was every day the same. a croissant, baquette thea and 1 glas orange jus. With jam.... more

Me and my fiancée stayed here for 3 nights in mid-February 2009, paying about £75 pn for a double room (#2). The hotel is in a good location. Two metro stops are within in easy reach, we preferred to use the Franklin D. Roosevelt stop as it was more centrally connected. The hotel is on a quiet street, which always... more

This is a dirty horible hotel. One star max. We came from New Zealand for our honeymoon to Paris and prepaid on line. A BIG mistake , probably the worst hotel we have stayed in. No plug in bathroom, small tired rooms. The staff were pleasant enough..but thats the only positive thing I can say. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. more

My girlfriend and i stayed at the Pavillion Montaigne in August 2008 for three nights. I spent a lot of time looking around for the right hotel for us and I am glad i put in the effort. When we arrived at 8am in the morning the staff were friendly and very welcoming. There is no language barrier to overcome... more

So i booked our stay in Paris at the Pavillon Montaigne on Expedia. I paid just $128 for our first night and the 2nd and 3rd nights were $227 (because of the weekend). This hotel is in a fabulous location, just a few minute walk to the end of the champs elysees, about another 15 minutes from there to the... more

Sorry, but there is no way that this hotel is 3 star. Staff were friendly enough and it certainly has a very convenient and central location in a quiet road just of the Champs Elysees, but I felt conned by over-inflated reviews. It felt cramped, dark and tatty. Breakfast crockery was chipped ( although the breakfast itself was OK). Our... more

The hotel had little bits of everything - 5 mins walks to the Champs Elysees, a good breakfast, internet usage on the ground floor, good rooms and a warm and friendly staff. more

We were disappointed with this hotel - we booked a three star in the hope of a little more luxury than we normally go for (a two star is our normal thing). The room was very pretty - but surprisingly hard to sleep in! This was mainly due to rain banging on the velux window all night - but it... more

Had everything I would expect for a 3-star in paris. Clean and comfortable. Great location - a 5-minute walk to the Champs-Elysees or to 2 metro stations. Included continental breakfast (not fancy, but good and filling) and free internet access. Only problem was getting the shower temperature to stay constant. Paid 107 Euros per night, booked at venere.com. more
