This hotel had everything we wanted for a city-break in Paris - close enough to the sights without being too busy, quiet, clean and well-furnished and with a particularly good breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful, this place is highly recommended. For restaurants there are many excellent places around the nearby Luxembourg Gardens if you want to avoid the touristy... More

Very Good hotel and in great area in the Latin Quarter. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and easy access to Metro. Hotel staff very helpful and would definitely go back and stay again. Only negative would be the breakfast selection could have been better.

Like most othet reviews, the rooms are small. You can bearly move around and we had to store one of our bags on the desk. The bathroom is also small. The hotel is in a good area however. We stayed in room 101. The staff we knowledgeable and helpfull.

My husband and I stayed here recently on our first visit to Paris. What a lucky find. This hotel is just perfect. Wonderful location within walking distance of so many great attractions- Notre Dame Pantheon, Louvre etc, as well as some fabulous eateries. The hotel is fresh clean and very well appointed, We were very lucky in that when we... More

This is a very good hotel in a superb location. Our room was clean and well-appointed with a small sofa that had been tuned into a bed for our son. Our bed was enormous and wonderfully comfortable. The staff were friendly and efficient and my goodness, what a fabulous location: a quiet street but just. Few minutes walk away from... More

I agree with most of reviews, the room is very small and bathroom could be better. To put in the positive side: location is perfect, walking distance to several attractions and restaurants. The service is excellent, wifi was good also. I already stayed in other hotels in area and all of them had same issue of space. One idea is... More

Small rooms between 12 m2 and 13 m2 including a tiny bathroom of 1.20 m by 1.80 m with a bathtub! Imagine how much space is left for you to move. We had a queen double bed with less than 50cm space on its sides to reach it. After complaining we were moved to a "family" room for 3 of... More

First time stay here and choose this hotel for my wife and younger son's first visit to Paris because I know the district and neighborhood from previous business trips. Excellent location that is walking distance to Notre Dame, the Lourve, d'Orsay, Pantheon, Cluny and other museums and attractions. Close to metro stations and many fine restaurants in the fifth district.... More

We stayed here for three nights from June 12-14, 2014. We were traveling with a large group and the Mercure Paris La Sorbonne was very accommodating. The room was perfect. The bed...amazing! Be prepared to have a soaking wet bathroom when you shower here, though. The shower itself was fine, just not enough of a barrier to keep water from... More

I stayed in the hotel for one night in June (travelling for work) and I really enjoyed my stay. Pantheon and Jardins du Luxembourg are also walking... More
