Great location & good sized (by Paris standards) rooms that are modern & with good attention to detail. Our bathroom was gorgeous! There is free WiFi & the staff are friendly! Not a cheap hotel but well worth it & a great location for shopping & dining... more

Le Clos Medicis is close to Notre Dame, Luxembourg Gardens, two Metro stops, and many buses. The staff is consistently charming, pleasant and helpful. The price is right, and the room we had was comfortable, cozy, charming and impeccably clean. Our only minor complaint is the small closet, but the fabulous bathtub made up for that! The room was a... more

I recently stayed for 5 nights at this hotel, having pre-paid for it. I expected a deluxe room, as seen on the hotel's website -- one with an ottoman chair. Instead I was given what appeared to be a standard room, with only one hardback chair and somewhat cramped space on the top floor with a skylight. The room was... more

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. When we arrived our room was not ready so reception gave us very small interior room on the second floor. For the same money you can easily find better place. Apart from location this hotel has nothing to offer. more

My husband and I spent two nights at this hotel on a 10 year anniversary trip through several countries. We spent many hours looking at reviews and deciding on the best location to stay as we knew we would have a short time to see many sites in the city. We could not have been happier with our choice. The... more

The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are beautifully renovated. The bathroom, though somewhat small, had an amazing shower/tub with great water pressure and very pleasing decor. The bed was very comfortable. Even though there was some construction going on less than a block away, you couldn't hear it through the well-insulated windows. The staff was very... more

I really loved this hotel! The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, the whole hotel was very clean and very tastefully decorated. My room was fabulous with a comfy bed and plasma TV. The breakfast was wonderful - I would take my time, leisurely relaxing out in the lovely courtyard; I'd read the paper, smoke a few cigarettes, have... more

We loved the modern and well-designed rooms. The bathroom was also clean and bright with nice tiling in the large, double-doored shower. The bedroom was small but seemed bigger than the 11 sq. m. we were expecting from our booking confirmation. The open fire in the foyer is a nice touch. We didn't go for the 10 euro breakfast but... more

Hi my partner and I recently returned from a lovely 4 day break to Paris. To give a you an idea of how we reviewed this hotel; We are both in our early 30s and I in particular enjoy attention to detail and excellent service with complementing surroundings, he on the other hand is content with a bed and roof... more
