I was visiting Paris with my Grandmother and was quite eager to find somewhere that was central but more important with a fantastic view, for my Grandmother's sake. I found this hotel with a wonderful location, almost too good to be true, and the reviews about it seemed especially encouraging. When we arrived the hotel lobby was a bit small,... more

The Hotel Brighton is an excellent hotel. We stayed from June 29-July 4 2009. We were in room 213 with an fabulous view of the Louvre and gardens. We could also see the Eiffel Tower from our window. The location is wonderful. Close enough to walk to Musee D'Orsay, L'Orangerie museum, Les Invalides, Notre Dame, Centre Pompidou , Galeries Lafayette... more

The hotel location is fantastic! It is located accross from the Tuilerries Gardens and the Louvre with easy access to the Metro. The staff is apathetic and not entirely helpful but the locaion makes up for their lack of service. The room was not renovated and very dated. We did ask for a newly renovated room and they told us... more

We stayed here from June 26 to 30. From the moment we arrived in a cab we were looked after. Our bags were whisked away from cab to room, which was fabulous and located on the top floor with outstanding views from 2 balconies. We had a large bed, wardrobe, desk and flat screen t.v. The bath was lovely with... more

Just came back from a wonderful trip. My husband, myself, our daughter age 14 and son age 12. We stayed in the Tuilleries executive room on the 4th floor. Great views of the Louvre, the Tuilleries Garden, the Musee d'Orsay, the Eiffel Tower, just beautiful!! The room had a king size bed and a pull out sofa bed that accomodated... more

We were on the 4th floor, overlooking the Tuilleries Garden. The view was great. The room was beautiful. The staff helped us every step of the way. They all spoke English. The TV in the room was a little small, but that's not why we were in Paris. For this location (Rue d' Rivoli), overlooking the Gardens, with this level... more

I reviewed this hotel a year ago when I last visited. Continues to be excellent value at a great location. Breakfast is still excellent; i had the 4th floor executive suite which gives you a great view of all the major landmarks. Same staff still there after a year; i had no issues with service; they made phone calls for... more

My husband and I stayed for three nights in June in an Executive Tulleries View Room. The view was spectacular and the room was very spacious and clean. The location was great for getting to all the main tourist sights and close to several metro stations. The staff that cleaned the rooms and the door staff were very polite, helpful... more

the hotel brighton in paris will now be my benchmark for how a 3-star,(not my rating!) modest, yet elegant hotel can make your stay in a foreign country a remarkable and memorable one. unlike their mega-hotel or trendy counterparts, the staff at this hotel will go to extremes-- without appearing to do so--to purvey whatever you need. they are all... more

Family of 4 arrived at 8am transatlantic and brain dead, the manager was most solicitous in getting us into our apartment suite hours ahead of posted check-in. Location is ideal across from Tuilleries and Metro stop. 3 blocks from Louvre. Apartment suite was very spacious, clean, updated for center of major european metro area. Easily accommodated 2 adults and 2 teens.... more
