We arrived to the hotel early and were surprised our room was ready. Granted it was on the back of the hotel, but after a long flight and bus ride, it was fine. It was probably quieter on the back side than on the side facing the street, The room was small, almost too small to walk around it, but... More

My wife and I stayed here for four or five nights. The location itself is excellent. The view from the right rooms (and we also had one of those) was outstanding. So, what were the issues? There was some type of odd flashing lights in the room, that eventually self-corrected. I still would have given four circles instead of three,... More

This hotel has great views of the Eiffel Tower if you book a superior room or above. The staff were really helpful and it's in a great part of Paris. Also incredibly quiet at night despite being on a fairly busy street. Would definitely stay there again.

Don't let the location fool you! This hotel was cute, and romantic. We had a room on the 5th floor and the view of the Eiffel tower from the balcony was awesome! The Rooms and hallways were small, but well worth the intimacy and view.

Great location, very comfortable and very helpful at the front desk. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The budget rooms are small - but clean and comfortable. The rooms on the fifth floor have a small balcony where you can see the Eiffel Tower glitter at night. Take the advice of the evening Concierge for dinner reservations. He is excellent. Did... More

This small hotel, close to UNESCO and the Eiffel Tower, is a gem. Very comfortable rooms, clean and exceptionally friendly staff. Breakfast served in basement is well presented. Free wifi and bar and lounge in lobby. Highly recommended.

Based on the reviews here on TA - we booked Hotel Duquesne Eiffel. Through email - we contacted the hotel and were looking for a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. The corner rooms (25, 35, 45 & 55) were either booked or a little pricey - but the hotel said Room 56 had a excellent view -... More

The title says it all, from the moment you enter the hotel, the front desk is friendly, English is amazing, coming from a couple with no French. The hotel itself is spotless. Our room was number 35 a premium room, but well worth it, booked in advance. A number of nights we sat on the patio in front of the... More

This was our 1st trip to Paris and we were satisfied with the Hotel Duquesne Eiffel. Our flight arrived early at CDG and we took a taxi to the hotel. If you arrive during morning traffic, it is a very long ride to the hotel, the traffic was very slow and took over an hour. We didn't look at other... More

Staying in Tour Eiffel / Invalides

Neighborhood Profile
Tour Eiffel / Invalides
With the Eiffel Tower at its core, the Invalides area of Paris is guaranteed to impress. Golden towers and Baron Haussmann's urban vision meet military precision, stretching avenues, and luscious lawns. The area boasts the Musée D’Orsay, the tomb of Napoleon, the National Parliament and UNESCO, as well as luxurious, exclusive residences. In fine restaurants and at the weekend markets, families, diplomats, and politicians brush shoulders with the tourists who come to see this postcard-perfect area for themselves.
