We booked for a concert at La Cigale.. good sized rooms, quiet. Very clean and well facilitated. Would recommend to anyone. would be good to have room service through day, but there is a Supermarket practically next door and multiple bars and cafes around. We will be rebooking and I would recommend this to anyone.

Dear guest, it's been a pleasure to host you during your stay in Paris. The Hôtel is perfectly located to enjoy a show at La Cigale, the theater is just on the other side of the boulevard Rochechouart. As you explained the area has a lot of bars, shops and restaurants.... We would be very pleased to see you back... More

We only had a short city break in Paris and chose this hotel to stay in as it was walking distance to Gare du Nord, close to sights (Sacre Coeur, Montmartre) and he services, facilities and the price all seemed in line with what we were expecting. It is a less touristy areas, but the metro was very close, and... More

4-star hotel, resonably priced, located a short walk from Montmartre and Pigalle. Great view from roof-top. Old-fashioned style. Partly modernised. Bar and restaurant needs freshing up. Bar is open but not used by guests due to lack of professional and modern standard. Restaurant show traces of past glory but potential is not exploited and used only for breakfast. Rooms are... The hotel was very clean and tidy The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. There were excellent views from the 9th floor terrace and was in the heart of Monmartre, close to the Sacre Coeur, Moulin Rouge, shops, restaurants and bars. On the bus route and a stones throw from the Metro.

The most beautiful amazing view from the 6th floor room and the rooftop view is a good enough reason to stay in this hotel!! The freindly front dest stuff is also an advantage but the area mainly the center of the avenue where the hotel is located is very problematic! Not safe for women and not nice at nights. Also... The staff are very helpful, the rooms are clean and well proportioned, the breakfast is filling and tasty, the roof top platform gives some of the best views in Paris and it's in a perfect place to explore the whole of this wonderful city.

I understand when you book a room online for the ‘best available price’, you can’t expect a penthouse, however I think you should expect the room to be clean. I can’t remember the last time I have seen such a filthy and poorly maintained room. I have no idea what the stains were on the curtains and neither do I... More

Very nice hotel pretty close to Pigalle. Not more than 2 mins to metro. Very, very nice view from top of the roof ... you will see Eiffeltower and Sacre Couer ... especially when lighted ... (space to fill 200 chars).

Not a bad hotel, rooms are tiny, location is good but not perfect. There's a metro station one block away a Carrefour supermarket in the corner. The bad, you don´t have a good qiality/price relation. Is just a 3 star hotel.

The pros to the hotel: Location, it's a short walk from the metro. It is also near the Sacre couer. There are also a lot of good restaurants nearby. Friendly staff, all couldn't be faulted. Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
