Stayed 2 nights: March 29 & 30, 2015. Room was tiny, which was not an issue but worth noting. The shower was even smaller...I had trouble using it and I am 5'8 195 pounds. Staff was remarkably friendly and helpful and we appreciated that a lot. First morning there we walked into a street brawl of 2 people being thrown... More

Hotel in the red light district - not for small children who are going to ask questions! Room was ok but really small. Safe didn't work. Bath plug didn't work. No shower hat provided. Nice breakfast. Luke warm welcome and generally poor customer service. We had trouble getting back into the hotel at 11pm as they'd locked the door, no... More

Nice hotel, very clean, modern rooms, very well positioned next to the metro in a beautiful neighbourhood, lots of cafe's, restaurants, near Moulin Rouge and Sacre Coeur Cathedral. Also friendly staff.

Good location - walkable distance from Gare du Nord and underground station. Good breakfast - quite small range of choices, but enough to pick something for everyone. The room has been cleaned perfectly every day. I definitely recommend this hotel for everyone.

We knew this was in the red light district when we booked it. No big deal, it still had good reviews and it was a good central location and close to the metro. We were happy with our decision. Staff is very friendly and personable, the rooms were a bit small but still comfortable. We enjoyed the view we had... More

I love this hotel, it's very clean, the staff is very friendly. Once we arrived at the hotel we received a map of the area and the main attractions. Breakfast was delicious. I will definitely stay in this hotel on my next trip to Paris.

Stayed in the hotel for 3 nights with my wife, wifi was fine and location was perfect right beside the metro. The area around had great bars and restaurants to visit on the side streets as we wanted to stay off the moulin rouge for drinkin/eating.hotel was welcoming and apart from an early false fire alarm I couldn't fault the place... We booked our honeymoon trip via European Destinations and we were a bit apprehensive of what kind of accommodations we were going to find. Many of our friends had real bad experiences with other travel companies and told us that most likely we were going to be disappointed. We have news for all of them.... Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
