The hotel is situated in a quiet street, not far from the Musee d'Orsay and within easy walking distance of the Metro station at St Germain des Pres. We were greeted by a very friendly receptionist (though some of the other staff we found just a little dour, with the exception of the lovely waiters at breakfast) The room was... more

My wife and I stayed at St Thomas for three nights to begin our Honeymoon trip to Europe and we were extremely impressed with the level of effort put forth by the staff at St Thomas Hotel. When we arrived we were greeted warmly and since we were early to check in, we were allowed to leave our luggage with... more

This hotel was highly recommended in the Diversion magazine we read for travel. We made a standard reservation months in advance, having my French relative make the reservation for us. We requested the largest room for the price explaining that my husband is over 6'2. Very nice female clerk on arrival who speaks perfect English. We were assigned a room... more

The best room and location for the money! Hands down! Everyone was so nice and helpful. Desk clerk during the day could have been nicer, but the overall staff was extremely accomadating to our every need. Room was tiny. Apparently standard size for Paris. Bathroom was clean and newly remodeled. Just wonderful. Will return without question! more

The hotel is in a perfect location for the museum goer. It's ten minutes' walk from the Orsay, maybe fifteen form the Louvre. The street was relatively quiet, all Paris streets suffer from some night traffic noise, delivery trucks, street cleaners, motorcyclists who think they're Valentino Rossi, etc. Our room (205) faced the street, I don't know if there were... more

The hotel is a two star hotel and keeping that in mind it was above average for that star rating. It was also a good bargain for the great location. The hotel is located on a small quiet street, but is only a block or two from Boulevard Saint Germain, which is a main street with cafes and a metro... more

I will stay here again when in Paris. The price was right, the room was large enough and it was decorated very nicely. We thought it quiet enough and we were on the street. The location was extremely central, we didn't even have to take the Metro to most of the places we wanted to go. We had some luggage... more

Very disappointing, given the good reviews. The room was tiny, the window catch was broken so it wouldn't close properly. We reported this straightaway and we were told that a previous guest must have done it and that they wouldn't be able to fix until Monday, but we were there from Saturday to Wednesday and no-one came to fix the... more

This hotel ended up to be more than we could ask for. The staff was very helpful and hardworking, the hotel was spotless (our room and bathroom were cleaned everyday), and the price was right considering that we were staying in one of the best locations in Paris. We were a 10 minute walk to Musee D'Orsay, a 5 minute... more

10 minutes to everything!!! Room was small, but manageable. Make sure to ask for a room on the front, if you get one in the back you have a great view of a wall. Staff was good.... helpful when it came to wine glasses and room service. Overall, so glad we picked this place. more
