I could not have better things to say about this hotel. It was small and cozy, with a charming, vine-covered exterior on a little street right off the main drag in Saint Germain. The staff was incredibly helpful - I had been emailing with them prior to my trip and they made dinner reservations for me. They also helped me... More

We've stayed here a few times while visiting Paris and will come here again. The rooms are pretty small and basic but adequate. If you do Paris right, you shouldn't be hanging out in your hotel room very much. The best thing about this hotel is its location. You can easily walk to many great sites and the hotel is... More

A lovely intimate hotel in the middle of the St Germain de Pres district. The staff are very welcoming and the rooms are comfortable with everything you need. I will definitley be staying again. There is also a lovely chocolate shop 2 mins walk from the hotel that it perfect for last minute gifts on the rue des saint pieres.

This hotel's location and wonderful staff are the reasons I would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Paris. I loved being able to walk to the Louvre, the Musee d'Orsay, and San Germain Boulevard. With two Metro lines in close proximity as well as access to buses, it was easy to go anywhere we wanted, and the... More

Since the '70's we have been staying at the St. Thomas d'Aquin. Location is supreme, rooms are small but comfortable - usually, staff very interesting and helpful. This stay we found th street side rooms very noisy, and plan to ask for a back room next time. Hope to see you again.

A small and charming hotel very close to Bl. Saint Germain d'Apres in Paris, in the middle of everything! You can easily spot it because of the hanging plants that cover its front. Good shoppes, food and wine in the area. The staff is courteous and very helpful at all times and the price is also good for what it... More

Petite rooms and very tiny bath, but very clean. A very helpful staff and most important quiet at night and in the city center. We were happy with the accommodations. For central Paris the price wasn't bad. Bed was very comfortable but only 2 pillows on the queen bed. We asked for more pillows and received them immediately.

Location is probably one of the best in Paris and staff was professional and helpful....but the room was extra small with less than adequate equipment and breakfast was poor. Overall, the quality to price ratio was less than satisfactory.

The staff was amazing! They helped with everything we could have imagined and were definitely a difference maker for our stay in Paris. Great restaurant recommendations, taxi's, and an umbrella for a rainy day. Saint Germain is THE place to stay in Paris and this hotel is right in the middle of what you need to see.

Staying in Saint-Germain-des-Pres

Neighborhood Profile
In Saint-Germain-des-Prés, life is effortlessly chic and all things are beautiful. The main boulevard is dotted with famed terraced cafés, haut-couture shops, ivy-covered railings and fine-dining restaurants. Antique dealers and art galleries surround the fine art school and small museums hide in unassuming squares. The neighborhood’s namesake church is the oldest in Paris and is the backdrop for talented musicians every weekend. The Luxembourg Gardens house the national senate, splendid lawns and flourishing flower beds. Famous faces and bourgeois Parisians frequent Saint Germain accompanied by the students of Rue Saint Guillaume and Rue des Saints-Pères. This is a neighborhood where afternoon people-watching from a café or playing cards in a brasserie are a key part of the daily fabric.
