I am a flight attendant and my airline books our crew rooms here.This is not as nice as another Novotel (Weisbaden, Dusseldorf + London) that I have stayed in. staff botched my reservation 4 times. when i finally got my room it was quite dirty with someone else's hair on the bed. The bed was small and uncomfortable. Very poor value for money. On the plus side the staff seemed to do their best to help and offered compensation.
