4 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW via mobile

This was actually my second stay here (having previously stayed last August with my family). They came to our rescue when we had to book another night in Paris due to eurostar problems and wanted to remain close to Gare du Nord. Nothing had changed from my previous visit and it was still the same excellent level of service. The... More

This hotel is one I've visited several times - once for a very civilised hen party, and the other for business. The convenient location a short walk from the Gare Du Nord is great. The hotel is incredibly clean, modern and stylish. The boutique style makes you feel like one or two nights stay here is pure luxury. The breakfast... More

This hotel was adorable. The decor was updated and it was clean. Nice size room and bathroom. My room faced the courtyard. It was quiet most of the time. Room service was good not enough vegetarian options. The staff was extremely friendly. Plenty of restaurant options surrounding the hotel. Close to the train station. Highly recommend

The service at this hotel surpasses anything that a 5* could hope to offer. It is genuine helpful and all the staff are friendly and smiley. The guys on reception are great. Victor, Tristan and Thomas could not do enough for us. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Towels changed every day. Superb breakfast. Location is 5 mins from... More

The best part about the hotel is its location near the Gare Du Nord. 5 minutes walk and you are there. There is a nice supermarket next to it for your requirements. The double room was a bit cramped up if you have 2 big luggage. But that is the case with all hotels in Paris. The hotel is in... More

Great hotel - totally renovated, stylish and very clean. Every amenity! Loved the decor and the staff was very friendly. We walked from the Gare du Nord and arrived in 7-8 minutes. Four of us stayed in a suite. One large room with a king sized bed, the large, well appointed bathroom was in between the rooms. The kids room... More

Great hotel, friendly helpful staff, a short walk to Gare du Nord trains & buses. Handy to fresh food market & supermarket with some great eating places close by. We can recommend the buffet breakfast.

Was very pleased with our stay here, pleasant helpful staff, lovely clean room and bathroom and comfy bed, all made for a very pleasant stay. Nice location close to the train station although was a tad noisy on the street but to be expected! Would have liked more hooks to hang things but couldn't fault the important things like cleanliness... More

Stayed here on a holiday with a few family members, across several rooms. Pros. Friendly, helpful staff with fantastic English. Good location -just 5 min walk from gare du nord and all its metro/RER/train lines. Clean, quiet, even though we were on the side facing the street we didn't hear any traffic when the windows were closed. Also never heard... More

First family trip to Paris, came from Zurich in the afternoon. Arrived in Gare du Nord, asking information centre for direction, the staff said that it's very difficult to walk from the station and he advised to take metro instead. Well, we didn't follow his suggestion and we're right, as we found out later to carry on heavy luggages then... More
