My husband and I recently spent 5 nights at Hotel Louvre Sainte Anne. I am in a wheelchair and needed a room with an accessible bathroom and a shower, something quite rare in Paris. I'm sure this hotel is also good for couples or groups, but I would particularly recommend it for solo female travellers. I chose it for its proximity to the Opera, and felt very safe coming back on foot late at night. The room was adequate, bathroom a little small but again that's not a problem if you're on your own.... more
