On our recent first trip to Paris, our travel agent recommended the Louvre Sainte Anne. We particularly liked it for the reasons she suggested it, location (very convenient to so many things) and the friendly, helpful staff. Our room, while not posh, was clean and adequate for our needs (i.e., sleeping! We spent virtually every waking hour exploring the city).... More

I stay at Louvre Sainte Anne roughly every 3 weeks (if I can get in) when on business in Paris. It is located in the heart of the Japanese quarter in the 1er Arrondisment and is very close to Pyramid Metro, Opera and the Louvre. There is also a Velib (Boris Bike) stand nearby so grabbing a cycle is easy.... More

This was our first trip to Paris and I loved this hotel. My husband is disabled so uses an electric wheelchair. Our room was on the ground floor. The room was not huge but big enough. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The location is brilliant especially for my husband as we could walk to most places. We had... More

The hotel is close to the Opera and 3 minutes walking from metro Pyramides. Unfortunately I've had the last room available, and at 14.00 was not even ready yet. Room nr 2 is almost in the lobby and my window was really opening "into" the street. Not bad as I imagined at first, but not something you may wish to... More

Spent a few days in this hotel on my last trip to Paris. Excellent location only 15 minute walk from Eurostar station and we didn't use the metro once whilst we were there as the hotel was so well placed. Loads of places to eat nearby. Lovely breakfast and very helpful staff. Louvre, Tivoli Gardens, Champs Elysees, Opera all walking... More

Our trip to France included several hotels. After a day of traveling our taxi driver drove up to the hotel and we thought that he misunderstood us. We then realized that IT was the right hotel. Big letdown. The lobby had plastic chaires and what looked like a folding table for the front desk. It was late when we got... More

Dear Sir, It’s a shame that you didn’t tell us your deception, we can understand that you don’t like this modern style of decoration. Our reception was renoved few months before from a famous French Architect. It’s not very nice to treat our “design modern chairs SHARK” plastic and yes our elevator is small just for 4 persons or for... More

I've stayed at this hotel on four trips to Paris. Every time, the staff has been friendly and helpful, the room clean and nice, and the location makes central Paris so walkable!!! The price is moderate...making it a great value!! I have considered upgrading to a better known hotel but the experience at Louvre Sainte Anne keeps me coming back.

I stayed here for one night on business. The hotel is on a side street. It looks dark at night but the street is actually lined with about 50 trendy Japanese restaurants, so there is always some activity. The building looks modest but it was a very nice stay. The room and bathroom were small but were IMMACULATELY CLEAN. The... More

I spent about a week at this hotel. As a solo traveller, I felt very safe and secure in the hotel and the surrounding areas. So close to the Louvre and central landmarks of Paris. The staff were very friendly in terms of helping me with directions and ordering taxis. I would recommend the disabled room as it is on... More

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and I was very pleased with the location, the comfort and the help of the staff. The rooms are not too small and very comfortable. Neighborhood Profile
Louvre / Palais-Royal
From the majestic Louvre to the regal Palais-Royal, this neighborhood oozes luxury. The grand arches along Rue de Rivoli are shadowed by mosaics in front of decorated vitrines and hotels.
