Hotel is located in a quite part of Montemart. There is a supermarket just across the road and extremely easy access to sub-way (Jules Joffrin Station is the closest). Yes this may be cheap by Paris standards but you really only get what you pay for. Poorly equipped rooms - 1 upright chair, no wardrobe, no clock, no drink facilities, no remote for the tv mounted 2metres up a wall, inaccessible power points, no safe...... i went to this lovely hotel a couple of years ago and cannot recommend it enough. The owners were so nice and helpful, the rooms average size but spotless.
