So when you look at the price, don't get all picky about the interior. What you pay is what you get. On an emergency, I booked this hotel for 4 nights. The rooms are very small, but livable. There is no A/C unless it's July (But Paris is chilly 11/12 months anyways) . Breakfast and Wifi is not included. And... More

Stayed here for the first time and found the place quite grotty. I'm still not sure if I stayed in a renovated or soon to be renovated room- I sincerely hope the latter is the case. Room decor was grotty. Wallpaper was torn in places. Bathroom was in need of repair. Hair dryer didn't work. Iron was burned and there... More

I was with a tour group in April and found the staff to be very warm and engaging during the trip. Sadly, it was the only compliment I could give during my stay. Walking up the stairs, you can see the carpet was badly stapled to the floor. Upon our entry into the room, there was a strong scent of... More

I decided to write a few words here with intention to warn other tourists before choosing this hotel. The hotel was chosen by our travel agency - ?EDOK welknown czech travel agency. We got room with number 28 that was terrible, my wife refused to even sit on the bad. Equipment was used for decades and damaged. So we immediatelly... More

I'm a Canadian travel agent. I was a bit worried lately because the comments on trip advisor were not very good. So I slept there last night before a flight back in Montreal. Here are my impressions: This is not the Ritz Carlton but the comfort is fair. And you are not paying Ritz Carlton prices. It's a 80 rooms... More

Well, I'll start off with a summary: This is essentially a place I advise you to check in to and then get out to explore Paris as soon as possible. The only need to stay inside the hotel should be when you need to sleep. As other reviews have already mentioned, this hotel has many flaws. The images attached to... More

I previously reviewed this hotel where we had enjoyed our stay. However when we booked again and had to curtail our journey due to my husband being taken seriously ill on the journey we were charged the full no show fee. I had let the hotel know immediately it became clear that we needed to go to hospital. Booking com... More

Stayed here for 2 nights with my wife as part of her 40th celebrations, we wanted an authentic Parisienne hotel, the Ambassadeur delivered in bucket fulls...good wholesome breakfast but plain and simple, a good continental. Room clean, with clean but small en suite. Couple of great bakeries and grocers seconds walk away. Metro stop about a 3 minute walk away.... More

Nobody speaks English, the rooms are nothing like they are showing on here. It was a work site when we arrived, got warned by a taxi driver that its in a dangerous place and that we show 'Just sleep here'. The hotel smells disgusting.

From the information we got provided, when we arrived at the hotel (30 students) we were told that we couldn't have 3 bedded rooms and that they only provided 2 bedded rooms which was an inconvenience for us all. The images on the website look nothing like the hotel, they only give you one key and you have to give... More
