We had a suite with a master bedroom and a sofa bed for the kids which was ideal. Its a great little place in a central location. The staff are really helpful and try hard to make your stay a success. Its small enough that the staff quickly get to know your name which is a pleasant touch. The buffet... More

I could not have made a better choice than this hotel for our recent stay in Paris. We were a party of 5 that booked the Carmen Duplex and adjacent suite. The facilities were roomy and eclectic. Now I usually don't do eclectic and I like what I like, but this was really nice. The best part was the Concierge... More

We arrived early in the morning around 8AM. Unfortunately all the rooms were booked so we were stuck waiting. Finally we were able to check in around 3PM and was able to take a short nap before heading out to dinner. We love the modern look and the decoration was so pretty. We love the shower with multiple shower heads.... More

Very lovely hotel, small, boutique. Room was small but not totally unexpected - nice decor. We arrived approx 2 hours earlier than check in time, our rooms wasn't ready but they moved stuff around and made a room available which was great so we didn't have to come back. The concierge who was around when we arrived and left was... More

We just returned from seven nights at La Maison Favart, and what a perfect hotel! The room was comfortable, the bathroom modern, the breakfast delicious!! The concierge and staff were welcoming and enormously helpful especially with making dinner reservations. My new favorite hotel :-) (even the toilet paper was good!)

Just home after 4 nights at La Maison Favart, which we can highly recommend - beautifully decorated, modern, clean, and very well located for the Louvre, Opera, Galleries Lafayette, the Metro as well as a wide choice of excellent restaurants. We enjoyed the pool after some busy days sightseeing and/or shopping and the breakfasts were lovely. Finally, the staff were... More

Loved the feel of this hotel, we got a good rate, and went for the classic double room. Bed size was fine, it was comfortable, and quiet. The staff were nice and we liked the pool, although bit disappointed that the sauna was out of order. Lights on the room were faulty, but the positives far outweigh any minor criticisms.

My husband and i stayed at Le Maison Favart in June 2015 and we just loved our time in Paris staying at this charming hotel - it's small and boutique but it just exudes so much personality as soon as you step in the door. The staff were so delightful and accommodating our entire trip, particularly Hassan in concierge who... More

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
