my daughter and I stayed for 2 nights in this hotel on return journey from Italy, When we arrived a guy called William was there to greet us at reception. I was very impressed with the manner in which he checked us in and was very informative when asked any questions. I am a fairly regular visitor to Paris and... More

Receptionist not very friendly at all. Room was OK for a shoet stay, but bathroom hadn't been cleaned. No shower curtain! We were asked to leave the room key in reception every time we go out of the room even if it was for 5 mins!!!! Neigbourhood is not great altough it isn't too far from the city centre. I... More

The hotel's sign is very big, so you don't have trouble finding it. The nearest subway station is 2 minutes away. Staff were very nice, the room was always clean, towels were always fresh and very soft, you also get miniature soap and shampoo. Breakfast was also good. The room was big enough, but the bed is very noisy. The wifi... More

In the chase for ever lower rates on my business trips I wound up in this hotel. Unfortunately, my conclusion is that this hotel is not suitable for business travels for several reasons: (i) door is locked with an old fashioned key - does not come across as very secure; (ii) I could not get the room safe to work;... Here is a list of reasons why you don't want to stay here: 1. Need Wi-Fi? Forget it , they charge you for a Wi Fi card and it almost never works and when it does it is so slow it is useless.....and to make things even worse each card works for only one device. So if you have a... More

This hotel is perfect for low budgets. It's not for people who don't like to travel by public transport. You will have to use it to get to the city (20 minutes). The personel is okay, nothing to write bad reviews about.

When we checked in the service was not so friendly. But most other times, other reception personnel were friendly and assisted us quite professionally. The room sufficed to the needs of two young people on a budget, but still needing privacy and a little comfort. Breakfast was a little expensive, but what to expect.. its Paris. The cleaning crew did... More

This is a basic hotel, not to far in the centre of Paris and easy to get too by car, please note that there is onsite parking which is ideal, and it's located right next to the entrance of the hotel. The parking is however a tight squeeze and I wouldn't want to do it in a 4x4 ! Small... More

I’m travelling a lot in scope of my job responsibilities and this hotel one of the worst one I ever stayed. -There are no such basic things in the room as: teapot and cups. In the bathroom there is no option to mount the shower to the wall, you have to put in one hand always, there is no any... More

I stayed on this "hotel" for 4 nights, and my experience was extremely negative since before arriving. One of the Front A Desk guy: Robert Chaisse did not want us to reserve the hotel. He sent my calls many times to voicemail, and I had to book the room over the Internet through American Express. Once he realized my name... More
