Awful, grotty and a disgrace to the hotel industry. The pictures on their website offer little resemblance to the reality. Good location but there are so many hotels to choose from you would have to be desperate to stay here, marginally better than a park bench, it would put an end to any sort of a romantic break in Paris.

We spent our 10 days vacation in Paris and staied in hotel Wallace which attracted us with its location. When we reached the hotel we realized that its not as prity as it looks in the pictures online. The rooms are very very small and there is no space to store your luggage, the closet is also very small and... More

Terrible. Dirty, small, sad and unacceptable. Carpets are so dirty, full of spots that you don´t even feel like stepping with your shoes. Blankets, sheets, etc. were awful. There was a night table lamp in the bathroom hanging from a towel hanger. I did not even take the room and got out of this terrible place. I´ve been in unpleasant... More

Arrived in Paris on a business trip, expecting decent accommodation for 300 euro a night. What I discovered was rubbish. When I arrived the staff member at reception was arguing with a customer on the phone for 10 mins before he acknowledged that I wanted to check in. Up to my room (no offer to carry bags up), found that... More

This hotel was recommended to us by a work colleague and I only hope they got better rooms than we did. Dirty and smelly carpet in a cramped sleeping area. Bathroom was missing tiles, shower head was broken so sprayed water everywhere, parking was expensive. Wifi was intermittent, even sitting next to the router and non-existent in our rooms. The... I am a french citizen, and I write this review in english to warn all our foreign friends against this hotel, which is a disgrace for my country. It calls itself a 3 stars hotel, and tries to lure visitors, but please consider: - Small rooms in dire needs or renovation leaky faucet, old carpet, chipped walls, faulty electrical plugs).... More

Chose it because of central location. close to metro and 15 min walk to Eifel Tower. where it is well worth using the hop on hop off river buss, flat fare for all day use (9 euro) Good breakfast - nothing outstanding but the essentials are there and fresh for you to help yourself. Our room faced the street -... More

The only reason I went there is for my friends had already made the booking. Its not a 3 star, maybe a 1.5 star at best. Pros are: central location in the XVth arrondissement, OK clean rooms, good breakfast (euro 12.50). Cons: do not expect a comfortable room or bathroom, watch the bill for the breakfast could be added even... More

awful rooms, tiny, poky, small beds, awful service, uncomfortable, terrible hotel. would never go there again! Chose it because of location and parking, but even that was not OK. The price quality ratio is totally off. I advise nobody to stay there! I am surprised that it is on booking.com's list of hotels and would advise them to remove it... More
