I stayed there for 2 nights, however its a bit overrated coz it does not deserve the 3 Star as they claim. Anyway, I do recommend it for short stays only. The Good & Bad: Vary clean rooms, friendly staff and the Location is a WOW just 5 mins walk to Eiffel Tower, 15 mins to Shanzelize Street and 20 min... More

Really bad experience in Paris. The bathroom fittings were old and shaky. The rooms did not look the way it's shown on the website. Non-functioning TV kept in the room with a remote control without batteries. The so-called reception consisted of only a broken table with the manageress Schabli who should be fired. With all these shortcomings, she claims that... More

This hotel was the worst experience I've had. I've stayed in better hostels. The carpets were stained and the rooms had a damp environment. Not sure how this place calls itself three star. Even worse than the room standards was the service. The receptionist shabli was horribly rude and nasty. Our rooms didn't have coffee mugs and when we went... More

This hotel's standard is only bearable when you're using it for overnight only, the only positive is its location. When we reached the hotel we realized that its not as pretty as it looks in the pictures online. The rooms are very very small. But the guys in the reception were friendly and willing to help when we asked for... More

this hotel's standard is only bearable when you're using it for overnight only, the only positive is its location. dirty, small and not very safe. you have to hand the keys in the morning to the cleaner, she will only change towels, which is fine and when you come back you will find out that she left the room open... Awful, grotty and a disgrace to the hotel industry. The pictures on their website offer little resemblance to the reality. Good location but there are so many hotels to choose from you would have to be desperate to stay here, marginally better than a park bench, it would put an end to any sort of a romantic break in Paris.

We spent our 10 days vacation in Paris and staied in hotel Wallace which attracted us with its location. When we reached the hotel we realized that its not as prity as it looks in the pictures online. The rooms are very very small and there is no space to store your luggage, the closet is also very small and... More

Terrible. Dirty, small, sad and unacceptable. Carpets are so dirty, full of spots that you don´t even feel like stepping with your shoes. Blankets, sheets, etc. were awful. There was a night table lamp in the bathroom hanging from a towel hanger. I did not even take the room and got out of this terrible place. I´ve been in unpleasant... More

Arrived in Paris on a business trip, expecting decent accommodation for 300 euro a night. What I discovered was rubbish. When I arrived the staff member at reception was arguing with a customer on the phone for 10 mins before he acknowledged that I wanted to check in. Up to my room (no offer to carry bags up), found that... More

This hotel was recommended to us by a work colleague and I only hope they got better rooms than we did. Dirty and smelly carpet in a cramped sleeping area. Bathroom was missing tiles, shower head was broken so sprayed water everywhere, parking was expensive. Wifi was intermittent, even sitting next to the router and non-existent in our rooms. The...
