The hotel was quite okay for the price: my room was specious, clean and quiet but a bit shabby. The location was good for reaching many of the sights and different districts of Paris (metro stations of two different lines are earby). This was my second stay here.The location is good, close to the metro and within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower.There are plenty of supermarkets and bakeries nearby and the restaurant Chez Thomas is quite good. It's not a bad place for the price. However, the lack of shower curtain in the bathroom was always a bit of an issue, and the homeless guys down the street made me a little nervous. Even though our room was right next to the elevator, all was quiet - probably because many people don't use it because it's tiny.... more

Pros: It's close to the Eiffel Tower and to metro stops. Cons: It's a dump, be sure, small rooms etc... you walk by homeless men at the church down the street in order to get to the hotel... that can be a little un-nerving at night. The hotel is basic and clean. It is only five minutes from the Metro and ten minutes from the Eiffel Tower. There are a few good restaurants located within close vicinity to the hotel. It is very reasonably priced. more

Me and my girlfriend have experienced a great time at Pacific Hotel. For Paris standards we found the price good (75 euros per night for a double room) for a very well located hotel. The room is not big but it is comfortable for those who want to stay little time in the room and lots of time at Paris... more
