Hotel Peyris is very convenient for a Paris trip. Metro stations very near. There are lots of good restaurants nearby. Breakfast is lovely, everything you could wish for including fresh fruit (sometimes lacking in hotel breakfast buffets). Staff very friendly. They were sympathetic and helpful when my purse was stolen at a metro station (be warned). Rooms are comfortable and... More

Family of six stayed in three rooms at Hotel Peyris. We had a very nice stay. Short walk to Gare du Nord where we took a tour bus to Disneyland. Literally a block from the world famous Folies Bergere theatre. They have a nice bar adjacent to the desk where I had a couple shots of whiskey before I turned... More

Great location close to many restaurants and the metro. Efficient english speaking staff answered our questions without the usual "you are bothering me" attitude. Clean rooms of about average size for Paris. Would stay again.

Kosher restaurants nearby. Walking distance on a nice day to most things. Close to metro. Clean, well priced. Tiny for an American, but at least we were able to keep our suitcases in the room. Really cool and Parisian feel to this boutique hotel.

I went to Paris shortly after terrorist attacks. The attractions I visited were well guarded, I felt very safe. The hotel was helpful in navigating our destinations and offering advice and suggestions. My room was very neat and clean, the décor was tastefully done.

Hotel is nice and clean. We loved the room with the balcony. We were in a three-person room and it wasn't cramped to us at all. Good location close the the train station. Staff friendly and helpful. The small elevator was really the only disappointment but that's par for the course in these hotel types. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is in an old building and its visible on the common rooms and old elevator (which only fits one person!). Once you get to the rooms is surprising to see the contrast; they are indeed according to the hotel rating (4*), clean and well furnished.

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
