I have been to Paris many times, and I have stayed nowhere near as nice as the Hotel Palm Opera. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and something that we really appreciated was the open bar at reception. We had so many cups of tea and coffee, biscuits, bottles of water and little snacks, at no extra charge. It... More

Just returned from a three night stay in this charming small hotel. The room was on the 5th floor and we had a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower .The breakfast was very good and the staff were most helpful. The jewel in the crown had to be the free snack bar in the Lobby area .In the lobby after... More

After months of searching for a place to stay in Paris we couldn't have been more satisfied! The room and hotel was beautifully decorated and very clean, we also had a view of the Eiffel Tower on out little balcony with just topped it off. The staff were very friendly and helpful and there was a metro station just a... More

We spent 3 nights here and had a lovely stay. The location of the property was great for us as we love to walk everywhere and found that we were not too far away from anything we wanted to see, and boy did we walk! The rooms were as mentioned by many small but perfectly adequate for our needs. The... More

Good location, very friendly staff members, great breakfast, clean rooms. We will definitely stay there again next time we visit Paris. Could see the Eiffel Tower from our balcony. You can walk from the Opera and LaFayette.

I picked this hotel more for its location a couple of blocks from my friends place than any other reason. Yet I really loved the hotel. It is located near supermarkets, restaurants, and if you walk some 15 minutes you are near the Opéra area where you'll find the famous Opéra Garnier, Galleries Lafayettes etc... The room I had was... We spent 4 nights here and had the nicest stay. Stylish, affordable, friendly staff (Mohammed in particular was so helpful), close to several metro stops. They even gave us a room on the sixth floor so we had a view of the Eiffel Tower. Free bottled water, soft drinks and snacks too! Would definitely return :)

I live very close to the Hotel Palm Opera. I was very impressed when I booked a room for a friend who stayed one night. Excellent !!! Clean rooms, a very good choice for breakfast with eggs, cheese, fruit salad and ham....with, of course a good choice of french patiseries for a continental breakfast. The reception was very agreable, without... More

After spending there 3 nights I can say that the quality to price ration is one of the highest all over Paris. Tasty breakfasts with fresh fruit juice and amazing croisants; the staff was always very helpful, also in critical situations. Downsides: quite a lot of street noise; elevator doesn't go to -1 level where breakfasts are served.

The room was really tiny, but the bed was good an it was a beautiful room. We were on a business trip, and didn't spend much time in our room. The breakfast was good too, plenty of varieties. Staff is friendly and are fluent in English

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
