Excellent location!! Hotel is very small, 4 rooms per floor. We had a deluxe room which was a nice size with a nice sized bathroom. Only thing was the bed. Very flat pillows and no duvet. I have to agree with NikNac on their review. The rooms are certainly on the tiny size. I requested their best top floor room and was greeted with a room the size of my shoe closet back home.
